Works as advertised, the first few copies were a bit noisy but that worked itself out. This unit is more compact than my old one but offers the same features. Set up was a little cumbersome but if a neophile such as myself can do it.... Hadn't shopped at Best Buy in some time, that will change now. On line order and pick up was flawless, ability to return old printer to them for recycle was commendable.

This printer replaced one that gave out on me. It prints good pictures and it's wireless which my other one wasn't.

The printer was very easy to set up and connect to my wifi network. This model was recommended by store personnel. I have printed out documents, photos from my phone all wirelessly. The app you install on your phone to connect to you printer provides all info on your printer paper level, ink levels etc. You don't have to go to the printer, as an example, downstairs as I would have to do to see if you need ink etc. Thank you to the store staff you nailed this recommendation!!!

Easy setup, prints great. Takes a few minutes to warm up and print but thats ok fast printing not needed. Highly recommend.

Works great. Clean copies and easy to use. Great price. Document feeder is a bit slow, but works well.

Upgrade from my Envy 5643. The diual side scanning is a big plus over the former Envy photo printers. (I've owned a few). But the biggest plus albeit not specific to this HP printer is the instant ink program. For a minimum of $36 a year for free ink, you can't beat the bargain. As with all my previous HP printers, reliability has improved a little with each new offering. A great printer for home/school use.

Overall, it is a very good printer for home use. The initial set up was relatively easy. I am NOT a fan of the "instant ink" feature and found better prices buying from commercial vendors. Darker photos tend to copy much better than light photos as far as color quality goes. The printer is hard to wake up after it goes into the auto sleep mode.

This computer is just what I needed. It even automatically set up the fax, answering machine, etc. while I watched. Other printers are a hassle to try and figure out how to connect to have a fax and an answering machine at the same time. The print quality is excellent. It does not make excess noise while printing. Fast. Easy to plug in and place the cartridges to print almost instantly. I noticed also that the packing is very well done. I would buy it again.

Bought the printer about a month ago. Easy to set up. No problems so far. quality pictures.

This all inone unit meets all our in home needs. It is easy to use and compact enough in size. A great value!

This HP Envy 7866 is the best I’ve ever used! It prints in color, in black and white, air prints, prints double-sided and does it all flawlessly. When my former printer began malfunctioning after four years of printing documents, letters, etc. I was delighted to find out I did not have to get a different model. So, this is my second printer of the same model, and I am thrilled!

This new printer was just what I wanted. Highly recommend this printer. Easy to set up to my WiFi and prints beautifully.

Great printer. I like how it holds both regular paper and photo paper so no need to switch back and forth. Showed my son how to photocopy his hand for fun and the black parts came out with lines.

All in one Photosmart printer (5 function, 5th being Photo) concise, good resolution, user-friendly LED Color Screen, excellent color rendition on photo quality paper, (4x6 and 8.5x11). Main paper tray accommodates business envelopes and standard as well as legal size paper. Paper holder extends automatically (retracts manually) upon printing. Though not a restriction it could use higher capacity paper tray. Nevertheless, it is and ideal full function printer to have. DO RECOMMEND...
