Excellent printer

The print quality is very good, even in color, and I have used the scan feature a lot. Unfortunately, I had a big problem with it after about 9 months, but it was replaced overnight at no cost through the warrantee -- with a refurbished printer of the same model. That one has continued to work well.

It's done . I love it. I hate buying toilet paper and ink cartridges. This printer solved that problem too. Well not the top. But you get my drift so for five months I can print for free and they will just send me cartridges then I go on a budget. It is awesome. Thank you. Best Buy ...Best Buy everyyyyyyy

A very good printer, east set up!

I can not comment on how printed photos look as I have not printed those yet. As for documents, I have nothing bad to say, all looks well. My wife thinks it can be a little quieter but it's a printer. Some noise will be heard. I think it's fine. I have had printer for a month now and I am totally happy with it.

HP All in One Printers are user friendly

My first one was not printing. My husband traced the problem to the print head. It could be replaced for $20. I needed my printer and fax and was not willing to wait for delivery of the part. While having problems with the Fax, I learned that HP has a Fax test number - 1-888-473-2963. This was useful in establishing if my faxes were being sent.
