The printer was easy to connect and set up. It performs beautifully.

We got this all-in-one because we needed to work at home due to COVID-19. We find that it works great and was easy to set up. We avoided most of the online features, so it bugs us about that a bit. Paper handling has not been any issue, no gliches so far. It does have the problem of all lowish-price inkjets, expensive ink replacement. But I knew that going in.

Easy to install to WIFI network, good for general use printing. Document feeder is nice. Scanner is basic and only scans. You cannot crop or adjust brightness or contrast.

This is at least the sixth printer I've owned going back at least 15 years. I have had two previous HP photo-smart printers which I found highly satisfactory. This one gets a three because the print quality is excellent, but it could have received a 1 for no CD included, none available from HP, and an undisclosed problem with Windows 10, which I discovered and worked around only after several days and many hours of searching. Very inadequate set-up directions in the box, very little direction given for finding the fix I needed. Suffice it to say, I now know a lot more about this printer than any non-printer manufacturer should know.

Great copies, easy to use and easy set up, does not require much space, all in one printer

Excellent printer. My family only buys hp products and our last hp printer died after 6 years. I replaced it with a different model and had nothing but issues but then returned that one and bought this one. We haven’t had any issues with it. I love the touch screen and ease of use. We print from our phones way more than our computer now and it never misses a beat.

Easy to setup and prints at a decent speed for basic home printing

When I purchased this printer 4 months ago, the print quality was good although not quite as good as the Epson it replaced. It was easy to setup on my network with my computers using IOS. On an older computer using the outdated windows 7 it was a challenge but I got it done however the printer response to that computer is very slow. In the past couple of months print quality has been degrading to the point that today black print became unreadable. I've run the print diagnostics and cleaned the heads seven times and although the print is better, it is still not back to 100%. I visited the HP website and all I could get was the virtual assistant which told me to do what I've already done. So, problem not solved. Photos turn out quite well, therefore the 3 star rating rather than 2. Our usage is sporadic. It might work better if used more often.

This printer does exactly what I need it too. It prints pictures and colored documents so quickly. The quality is good. I saved a ton of money printing my own pictures. I also apart of the monthly instaink prescription. This is definitely a great product if you have a small business or are a DIY like me. It is a bit load that why it's not a complete 5 for me.
