Wonderful printer and all in one

I use HP ink and photo paper and set the printer up For the paper I am using. It also scans very well and that is important to me and with old photos and my family wanting copies it's perfect. I do not use the fax only because I have a fax machine. My PC is HP and it is always good to stay with the same "family" of products. They work better together.

NOT a true wireless printer

You have to printer everything from the HP app on your phone. If you have a desktop, then you will need a printer cord which this printer did NOT come with. It does have great printing abilities. The HP Instant Ink Program not worth...do NOT sign up for it.

Amazing printer

Absolutely love these printers, they will print all day or sit dormant for months and be ready to print right when you need it again. The instant ink makes sure I don't run out of ink and is very reasonably priced.

HP is good but the tech help from HP is not

This time we had to call HP for help and it took forever to set up

Great quality print

I tried cleaning using several different methods and could not get the black to print. Replacement printerhead would cost more than a new printer. The Photosmart lasted seven years so I was happy with the quality. I have NOT been disappointed with the ENVY Photo
