Great printer

The set up was easy, the scanning and printing quality has been excellent. I like the instant ink system for ink cartridge refills. It's definitely worth considering. My only beef is the scanner doesn't do two-sided documents, but that's just not that big a deal to me, so I still think it's worth 5 stars.

Amazing printer

Absolutely love these printers, they will print all day or sit dormant for months and be ready to print right when you need it again. The instant ink makes sure I don't run out of ink and is very reasonably priced.

NOT a true wireless printer

You have to printer everything from the HP app on your phone. If you have a desktop, then you will need a printer cord which this printer did NOT come with. It does have great printing abilities. The HP Instant Ink Program not worth...do NOT sign up for it.

Plug & Play with HP Envy Photo 7855

However, when I removed the styrofoam that the device was packed in and replaced it back in the box, I totally overlooked where the initial ink cartridges were oddly embedded in a section of the styrofoam. I thought the ink cartridges were missing until I placed a call into Best Buy.

HP ENVY PHOTO 7855

Works great, just one glitch, after so many months it will leak ink and make strange noises when printing. BestBuy did exchange my printer, I was fortunate to get the same model as it does a great job for color on cards. Informed Geek Squad of the problem and it is being forwarded to see how the issue can be resolved. Did this on 2 of them. No problem with exchange.
