simple to set up and use
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up and use. We really just needed a simple home printer/scanner for our new work from home lifestyle - this fits the bill nicely. Sometimes slow to wake from sleep cycle when you send a document for printing, but it always comes out (after a few minutes...), there's probably a way to fix that with some setting, but we're not terribly tech savvy.

Good prints - buggy scan software
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far the printer works well and produces good quality prints fairly quickly. The software through wireless is moderately buggy. "Scan to Computer" stops working after a while until the computer is rebooted, and at least once a week the printer shows "offline" and won't print from the computer until a reboot of the computer.

Excellent replacement for HP 8600
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Using this HP printer for close to 2 weeks as a replacement for the HP 8600 AIO. I appreciate the improvements in the performance and the reduced physical size. Seems to be a bit faster than the 8600 as well. Just trying the Instant Ink program so can't comment on that aspect. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Great Quality - Not too expensive
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good! I've not bothered with HPs "ink subscription" because we don't print that much. But the printer itself has been great so far. Replaced a few photos in frames around the house and the quality's been great. This model can be on the network (wired or wireless) so you can print from phone photos directly, but also can be directly connected to the desktop via USB.

very good print quality and ease of use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This new 7855 has replaced a terrible 7640 which I now know must have come with problems from the factory and which gave me nothing but grief. This 7855 so far has been excellent, working smoothly and producing pages of very good quality. SUGGESTION: Please make the toolbar larger. The size of the 7640 was perfect - this one is far too tiny for no apparent reason.
