At request a WPS or WSP code of some sort that was not anywhere to be found. Not on the box or in the instruction booklets or anywhere else. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Geek Squad oversees facility and is working wonderfully

He prints just about everything! I was more concerned about purchasing something less expensive. This would be a great printer for for light use.
