Customer Ratings & Reviews

Easy to set up and to use A good quality printer .

Had this printer for a couple of weeks now and love it thus far!!

This printer is easy to use and photo/printing quality is great.

Very easy and fast setup. High quality wireless printing.

Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Good print quality.

This has been a great printer for basic business and personal printing, scanning and faxing needs. If you want to print on heavier weight card stock and less common paper sizes, you might want to keep looking. Haven’t tried the photo printing options yet but will and update this review.

Easy to set up, great picture quality and overall great value.

Went to Best Buy to purchase a different HP printer But it was not in stock, This model was available for a few dollars more . It produces great vibrant colors when printing photos. Everything works great. Make sure to get the HP ink program. It will save you a ton and you will never run short of cartridges .

I really thought I was underpaying for this. I was surprised when the guy working there suggested it. However, none of the more expensive photo printers were available any time soon, so I bought it. Colors are amazing. It easily competes with printers costing 3 times as much. Buy this one!

I use this to scan pictures and printing pictures. The best!

Basically plug and play. Very user friendly, Quiet and fast!

I am very pleased with this purchase. I bought it mainly to scan multiple sheets of paper at once and it has done that extremely well. I have also had to scan a page out of a book and was happy it had the flat bed scanner as well. Print quality has been good as well. No complaints with the performance. Set up was a bit of a hassle but not overwhelming.

easy to set up with my phone prints really good nice pictures

The HP ENVY 7855 is a great printer to have for printing documents, coping and for photos in different sizes. The wifi printing is great from either an iPhone or a laptop. The printer can copy multiple pages. There are only two cartridges. The color copies are great. I purchased this printer on sale so this is even bigger bonus.

Really nice printer.. easy to use great picture quality!

Nice printer but definitely too sophisticated! Every task requires you to sign in with your unique pin number which you have to remember or write down somewhere. The scan to computer option is also too complicated once you finally get it working your good to go . Prints fast. I have not printed any pictures yet.

I didn't realize how bad the photos from my old printer were until I got this printer. The photos are great. The scans I've done are clear and have good resolution. I was in the middle of a big project for a 50th anniversary when my old printer died. Now I'm glad it did because the project turned out so well with this printer.

Love this printer easy to work and prints beautifully.

It took me a while to get the printer set up correctly (probably operator error!) but now that it's up and running, it works great! Print quality is very good (better than the Epson I had before). I use mainly for reports. Auto document feed works well. I highly recommend the Instant Ink program to go along with the printer. It's economical and efficient.

This printer is great. It is really fast printing and copying. I am a senior citizen and not too knowledgeable when it comes to technical things. I had to get my son-in-law to help get the wifi up and running. Have only had it about a month and everything is going well. I would recommend this printer.
