Had this printer for a couple of weeks now and love it thus far!!

I didn't realize how bad the photos from my old printer were until I got this printer. The photos are great. The scans I've done are clear and have good resolution. I was in the middle of a big project for a 50th anniversary when my old printer died. Now I'm glad it did because the project turned out so well with this printer.

Great printer with exceptional photo quality printing. would have had 5 stars except I had issues at first being able to borderless print photos. Landed up uninstalling all programs dealing with HP, redownloading them installing them and that resolved the problem

This printer works great for my use. I purchased the monthly ink plan so I don’t need to worry about my ink drying out if I don’t print enough.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I bought it mainly to scan multiple sheets of paper at once and it has done that extremely well. I have also had to scan a page out of a book and was happy it had the flat bed scanner as well. Print quality has been good as well. No complaints with the performance. Set up was a bit of a hassle but not overwhelming.

Nice printer but definitely too sophisticated! Every task requires you to sign in with your unique pin number which you have to remember or write down somewhere. The scan to computer option is also too complicated once you finally get it working your good to go . Prints fast. I have not printed any pictures yet.

Print quality and ease of use are above my expectations.

Cory was an excellent worker. Very professional, very caring for his surroundings in respect of my home. He called ahead of his arrival, and was on time. He fixed my printer very quickly, which I was very thankful for! There was a mistake about my request for help on my iPad which was not even listed, but that was one of my main problems I needed help with. Cory was very patient with me. I showed him what I wanted my iPad to do on my computer, so we went into the family room where I needed the iPad to connect with my cord onto the TV. I am SO THANKFUL he was able to show me how to do it!! I have 6 ladies who come to my house for Bible study and we wanted it to be on the big screen TV. So I can't thank Cory enough, and if I have further problems I would request him to come, if that is possible. There was lack of communication with the appoint maker, about not including the iPad set up. But he too was very patient with me, after the MANY "press one etc." numbers. But I'm grateful it is done. Quiet operation and small footprint. Good paper release.

The HP ENVY 7855 replaced a prior version of HP ENVY printer. HP has made a few enhancements that really made this printer a winner. Pictures are perfect in every detail. In the last 30 years I have purchased HP products; all have performed perfectly...this new printer follows suit.

Easy to use,great quality . Excellent for home work

The HP Envy Photo 7855 has met all my expectations with great photo and text quality and easy Wi-Fi setup with my PC's and phone. The Automatic Ink Program is a good deal too and means you'll never run out of ink, plus it makes recycling the empty ink cartridges easy. I got mine on sale at $100 off the regular price which made it a no-brainer.

I love how you can print right from your iPhone. It prints really nice. I also like how it prints photos on photo paper. I would give it 5 stars but some times it prints a document on a photo paper instead of a regular sheet of paper. I'm probably the one who is making the mistake but I can't figure it out.

It took me a while to get the printer set up correctly (probably operator error!) but now that it's up and running, it works great! Print quality is very good (better than the Epson I had before). I use mainly for reports. Auto document feed works well. I highly recommend the Instant Ink program to go along with the printer. It's economical and efficient.
