Great price. Great valve. Works exactly the way I need it.

Cory was an excellent worker. Very professional, very caring for his surroundings in respect of my home. He called ahead of his arrival, and was on time. He fixed my printer very quickly, which I was very thankful for! There was a mistake about my request for help on my iPad which was not even listed, but that was one of my main problems I needed help with. Cory was very patient with me. I showed him what I wanted my iPad to do on my computer, so we went into the family room where I needed the iPad to connect with my cord onto the TV. I am SO THANKFUL he was able to show me how to do it!! I have 6 ladies who come to my house for Bible study and we wanted it to be on the big screen TV. So I can't thank Cory enough, and if I have further problems I would request him to come, if that is possible. There was lack of communication with the appoint maker, about not including the iPad set up. But he too was very patient with me, after the MANY "press one etc." numbers. But I'm grateful it is done. The HP-Envy Photo 7855 wireless all in one printer is just what I needed. It has the same features my previous printer had. It has been easy to use and makes very good copies. I haven't used the photo part yet, so can't review that part.

I have always liked HP printers. after my previous one bit the dust after years of use I didn't hesitate for a moment to go out and get another later model HP. This one prints, scans, copies, and faxes flawlessly. Easy wireless set up. Full operators manual available online. If you prefer this unit will operate with an ethernet cable.

Brought printer, wasn’t difficult for my son to setup but didn’t come with Phone Cord for faxing even though the box contents stated it did not would Best Buy provide one since I was charged for everything in box or not

I have always bought HP printers. This one does run a little noisier than most, but the output is great. You do need to run the set up with the ink sent with printer instead of using the full inks and saving them for when ink levels are low. Otherwise you don't get full HP set up and must finish manually.

The HP ENVY 7855 replaced a prior version of HP ENVY printer. HP has made a few enhancements that really made this printer a winner. Pictures are perfect in every detail. In the last 30 years I have purchased HP products; all have performed perfectly...this new printer follows suit.
