Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have always liked HP printers. after my previous one bit the dust after years of use I didn't hesitate for a moment to go out and get another later model HP. This one prints, scans, copies, and faxes flawlessly. Easy wireless set up. Full operators manual available online. If you prefer this unit will operate with an ethernet cable.

This printer works great wireless, has very good print quality

Easy to set up, prints well. Photo's print excellently.

Cory was an excellent worker. Very professional, very caring for his surroundings in respect of my home. He called ahead of his arrival, and was on time. He fixed my printer very quickly, which I was very thankful for! There was a mistake about my request for help on my iPad which was not even listed, but that was one of my main problems I needed help with. Cory was very patient with me. I showed him what I wanted my iPad to do on my computer, so we went into the family room where I needed the iPad to connect with my cord onto the TV. I am SO THANKFUL he was able to show me how to do it!! I have 6 ladies who come to my house for Bible study and we wanted it to be on the big screen TV. So I can't thank Cory enough, and if I have further problems I would request him to come, if that is possible. There was lack of communication with the appoint maker, about not including the iPad set up. But he too was very patient with me, after the MANY "press one etc." numbers. But I'm grateful it is done. Great printer with exceptional photo quality printing. would have had 5 stars except I had issues at first being able to borderless print photos. Landed up uninstalling all programs dealing with HP, redownloading them installing them and that resolved the problem

I have always bought HP printers. This one does run a little noisier than most, but the output is great. You do need to run the set up with the ink sent with printer instead of using the full inks and saving them for when ink levels are low. Otherwise you don't get full HP set up and must finish manually.

Easy to use, easy to hook up, clear printing, no problems

Dependable. Quiet. Features. Affordable. These are only a few key points we've been very satisfied with this HP product. HP continues to stand up in this market as a leader in printing technology, and weve been very pleased with this recent purchase.

Great all in one that prints quickly and was easy to set up.

Big Pinter over priced a little it is an older model there is a newer model that replaces it and sells for $20.00 more. I had this model previously until the scanning feature did not work so I bought it again. It is good for pice

Really fast printer, easy setup and instant ink is awesome

We got 3 of the same brand printer and did not like em at all. We wanted a good one heard this brand was and bought it.

Easy to set up. Prints quickly. Nothing bad to say at all.

I love it and highly recommend it for everyday printing projects. I've not printed any photos yet but, this printer is basically just an updated version of my old HP 4520, and I loved the photos I printed on it. I also like the wireless feature.

Fast, compact and efficient. Easy set up, print and scan.

This printer is very easy to use and makes excellent prints.

Does everything well, prints fast and setup is easy.

I am very pleased with the performance of this printer! It was easy to set up on my wireless network that includes two computers. It is the first home use printer I have had that prints both sides without having to manually flip the pages and copies with a document feeder. Works great so far! Have not printed any pictures yet. Not a priority.

Prints out great quality pictures and ease of use.

The HP ENVY 7855 replaced a prior version of HP ENVY printer. HP has made a few enhancements that really made this printer a winner. Pictures are perfect in every detail. In the last 30 years I have purchased HP products; all have performed perfectly...this new printer follows suit.
