So happy with this purchase. I got it just in time to copy and scan my tax documents to our cpa. Using this model was very easy to set up and use the features. No stress and everything got done. Thank You Best Buy Sales Rep for your recommendation!!

Printer was easy to install and love the feature that you can print from anywhere. Only two ink cartridges which is also nice. Only complaint I don’t believe photo printing is as sharp as other models.

Excellent printer. This replaced my HP4630 all in one printer. Very easy to setup and use. Only drawback is that the output tray does not retract automatically. Especially like that you can use the HP Smart feature. Excellent value for all that you get.

The printer has been fantastic for me, I had a similar model that lasted eight years and the quality is great. I'm glad I made this purchase because in the short time I've owned my new printer, I have had no issues and the items I've printed look perfect.

Once I got my computers setup to use this printer, I have been happy with the print quality. Still getting used to the printer, however, hoping to become more familiar with how to use it, hoping it is "user-friendly"

We’ve had great success with this unit for a varying range of uses from school projects to photos to home office work. Very easy to set up and we were printing within minutes from both laptops and mobile devices. Can’t say enough good things after about 6 weeks of moderate use.

I have had this printer for about a year now and it is amazing. I love how you can print pictures of any size with ease. I like how I can use the app through the printer to scan multiple pages easier than on the computer. The copier is amazing! Definitely would recommend this printer!

Love this all-in-one device. It is not too big, printing and scanning are excellent and even though I don't have much use for a copier, it is there if I need it plus the price can not be beaten. Bought it online and picked it up at the store. Easy and convenient.

I just recently went back to school online, I replaced my hp 7500 series with this copier, so far it has met all my needs from writing papers to creating graphs. So far it's getting the job done! Iya the perfect size and it is performing exceptionally. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Prints well, but won't scan to PDF directly to computer, you have to email the scan to yourself if you want PDF. If you set up for Instant Ink, choose your plan carefully depending on how many pages per month you expect to print.

We use it to print images for our t shirt business and it does wonderful.

Great printer for our needs. Fairly easy to set up. Not real clear in instructions on printing pictures. Still working on that Also cord is not long enough. Printer is sitting on floor as cord will not reach to where I need it to go on shelf.

easy to set up and a space saver. I hope the ink prices stay the same, not like my other. you could buy another copy machine for the price of the ink. all of these machines are good for a few years if you keep them clean, and don't buy foreign ink.

Love this printer. It works great and has held up really well. The only thing is that it doesn't print legal size paper which I need sometimes. I use the HP 7100 model for that. Would highly recommend. Great value and have had no issues with it so far!

I just received this printer today and am very impressed with it. It took me a bit to figure out how to print from the photo tray instead of the paper tray, but other than that I haven’t had any issues with it. It was very easy to set up and the print quality is great.

I needed a printer for my "Corona" home office. Something easy to use that could handle a medium size work load. This HP Envy touched all the bases. It's simple to use. Does everything I need. And was easy on the pocketbook. A winner all the way around!

My new HP-/Envy Photo 7855 Wireless All-in-One Instant Ink Ready Printer-Black was a great purchase. Prints on both sides of the paper which is a savings. Also, I've enjoyed scanning documents that are sent directly to my email--no need for thumb drive--so convenient.

Bought this due to my 7640 dying after four years. Hope this one lasts longer. Easy to install. Already had instant ink account. Was a little irked when support said it took the same ink cartridge as the 7640 and it DOES NOT!

This HP 7855 meets all requirements for printing, copying, and scanning needed at home. It is has a small footprint and works every time making it very reliable in every function it performs. It also receives and sends fax automatically. Perfect in every way. Buy it,,,

I had a wireless laser printer once before and it was a beast to set up and didn’t work 90% of the time. This HP printer isn’t super easy to set up, prints wirelessly every time. I love the ink subscription. For my college student and my business, we always have ink on hand.
