I purchased a 7155 last year, duing the pandemic, I was impressed. This year I needed a 2nd printer, for another location and this 7855 was the next step up. It works well on the network and gives a clear print both color and B/W.

Looking for a new printer. HP rep at best buy recommended this one. She said it was all wireless even the fax, but found out later I need a phone line for the fax. First printer I got wouldn't set up with ink and had to return it. Second one works great.

My Envy 7855 printer has surprised me several times since I got it connected last night. The printing is awesome and it automatically prints on both sides of the paper when I tell it to. I have not tried any pictures yet but probably will next week.

The print quality when in black-and-white seems to be fine. I had a problem, initially printing photos or on standard paper because it would only print in black-and-white. Not sure if it was because I was installing it on an Apple though.

I have purchased HP printers for years. My last printer I didn't think I needed a fax especially considering we can scan and email... Well that's not always the case. I found this one at a good price. Easy set up and everything connected, set up and working in about 30 minutes.

The printer is easy to use and easy to refill the ink cartridges. The one issue I do have is there are times when I want to print or scan a document I keep getting messages that the printer is out of paper or the printer needs to be connected to the server. Not sure why I keep getting these messages when there is paper in the tray already. After trying to scan a document it took several times before It finally scanned the document for me. It looks like if this continues I will have to return the printer to Best Buy for another printer.

I love it! With the HP Smart App, it works perfectly when I'm somewhere and need to print it. My roommates use it all the time from their rooms. Prints great, the scanner for when I need to turn in my assignments works so well! Definitely a must!

Replaces an HP 7520 that lasted over 8 years. A bit different, but so far so good. The ink is a little more expensive and still on the starter pack so time will tell how long it lasts. For home and intermittent printing. Needed a fax which works well.

This replaced an older printer which had stopped working. It was easy to set up and works fine so far. These units always have a finite life span and are never worth repairing--so when they die you just replace them. We'll see how long it lasts but so far so good.

So far this printer is everything I expected from HP. I still have an HP Envy printer that I have owned for many years. It is still putting out like it was new. I expect the same from my new Envy.

This is mid range photo printer .. it works great with the regular prints mostly office/school stuff.. but if for photo prints I won’t recommend it. This is all in one printer and everything works just good ... this is definitely a good buy.

Needed a quality printer to replace an Epson on it's last leg. Was fortunate that an HP Rep was in the store to explain to me the differences in the models offered for sale. Needed help from a friend to hook everything up. No fault of HP. I'm not very computer savvy. Love the quality of copies.

Installed printer on home network with iPhones, ipads, desktop windows 10 computer and notebooks. It took several hours with Windows !0 giving me some fits. Print speed and quality of both documents and photos is clearly meeting or exceeding expectations.

The photos and letters both are high quality print. My only issue was the printer would not recognize the photo paper tray as being full, It kept giving me an error message that it was empty . I returned it for another machine and its working great!

I have used this only to print photos and documents so far. I’m especially happy with the quality as a photo printer. It’s a bit bigger/bulkier than I expected, but not unmanageable for a home office. Overall, very happy I bought this printer.

Good printing and scanning quality for the price what I really love about This printer is that it prints double sided which before used to be very hard to find or you would have to purchase a special duplex mechanism. This printer does it all!

This is my first photo printer. The print quality for photos is not quite as good as I had hoped, but still good enough quality for this price point. The first time I printed I noticed that the lines were not printing straight on the page. After opening up the inside cover I noticed that a spring had come loose in one of the rollers that moves the paper through. It was an easy enough fix to do on my own to get the spring back into place. Also the setup of the printer was not very easy. The setup failed using the HP app on my phone so I ended up having to do a manual setup within the printer menu.

Great printer! Works good for home use. Also I really like how it gives you the option to print photos. Really a bonus how you can get HP ink sent to your home automatically, once it starts to get low.

I bought the unit on sale for $100 off. It works great. My only caution would be that it seems you can't have both a hard-wired connection and also have wifi. I plan to contact Total Tech to confirm this or learn how to have dual inputs.
