Have been having lots of troubles with computer, WIFI, and printer compatibility. Took a bit of work but now seem to have the problems resolved. Much better than having to turn the printer off and on every time I wanted to print.

Good quality all-in-one printer for the price. The copy, print and scan feature work great. I have not yet tried the fax option. This is my second HP Envy - I upgraded to a newer version - I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this for my son and his girlfriend for Christmas. They never had a home printer before, much less a wireless one. They installed it right after Christmas and found it very useful for copying as well as their everyday printing needs.

I needed a reliable printer quickly for some work. Ordered it online and picked it up at the store and set it up with some difficulty. The small touch screen was not initially responsive but after some work it began functioning. Get very good copies from it.

This printer fits my needs well. I use a printer for a lot of tasks, printing, photos, scanning, faxing, etc. I need a device that is more than basic but something that I can depend on for small tasks and this fits the bill well. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchased this all-in-one printer to replace my old HP 7520. Set up was very easy, only took about 30 minutes. However, the pull out tray is jammed in the paper tray, and I can not get it out, so the printer spits paper on the floor.

This is a very reliable printer and works great! I’ve had other printers that haven’t worked so well. However, this printer is definitely a good one. HP has been such a great brand to get all my printing needs done. Prints beautiful pictures as well

I have had this printer for about a year. I have the 15 page a month plan that is free. I am very happy with the print quality of the printer. It has developed a squeak but has not effected the print quality. I love not having to pay for ink.

I love this printer. I have been printing on transfer paper for t-shirts I’ve making and I have made a lot. This printer has been a beast so far. It’s been hooked up to my Cricut and works awesome. No problems and great quality.

Very frustrating that there are no directions included. I have tried to call customer service and always get a long wait time. So finally figured out how to print photos, but used up a lot of photo paper experimenting. Otherwise I like the printer.

We got this during the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic and it has been great for us. Used just about everyday. We really like this printer and being able to print stuff off sent from my phone is super convenient. This printer is worth it

The HP ENVY Photo 7855 is a good printer, but the setup instructions and access to HP assistance are not good. It took me 3 weeks to get the printer set up and useful, whereas my previous HP OfficeJet 4620 Printer just plugged in and ran.

Bought this a month ago and probably printed 100 pages or so and have been impressed . Still working on the ink they include. I might Be way out of the loop but this thing where you can scan to your email is something else. Would recommend for sure

Is easy to set up and use. I can print everything off my phone or tablet, and enter email addresses right from the printer. I was able to sign up for ink refills when ever the printer needs it the app sends me ink for a small price

This is one of the best printer I have ever had. It picks up Wi-Fi great and the scanner is awsome.

Bought this printer to replace older HP printer which had died. Prints documents fast and pictures are sharp. Not sure I'll ever use the fax functionality but this printer was on sale and a good price. Can be run wireless or connected with an Ethernet cable.

Purchased this HP printer to replace an older model. We have primarily used it to print 4x6 photos and we are happy with the quality of the photos. Paper trays could be a little more robust but they work sufficiently. Bonus was the sales price!

was not easy to set up, had to get my son to set it up for me . I could not do it. It works great I really like it. very good printer Now the reason I had a hard time getting it up and running could be cause I'm 71 and not as good with these things as young People are.

Bought this printer because my previous color printer’s ink cost more that i paid for either printer. I use this mainly for color photos and regular printing. I have a laser printer for just black and white. This is an excellent printer and a great value, I highly recommend!

I have been using this printer for about 10 months. It was easy to setup and load the ink cartridges. No problems so far. I did not select the instant ink program since I don't go through the ink that fast, but seemed like a good idea if needed.
