I needed a reliable printer quickly for some work. Ordered it online and picked it up at the store and set it up with some difficulty. The small touch screen was not initially responsive but after some work it began functioning. Get very good copies from it.

I liked the instant ink, but this is my second hp printer. They struggle with pulling the photo paper through and when it does finally work, the pictures are smudgy or look zoomed in. It’s easier just to send the photos to Walgreens and pick them up without dealing with printing frustration. The printer also took forever to come back to life after going into sleep mode. I’m not a fan.

Purchased this HP printer to replace an older model. We have primarily used it to print 4x6 photos and we are happy with the quality of the photos. Paper trays could be a little more robust but they work sufficiently. Bonus was the sales price!

High quality printing. Set up is a little tricky to get all of the functions working correctly. Once done, printer is a good buy if you want to do photos and also need to print legal sized sheets. Would recommend.

Very frustrating that there are no directions included. I have tried to call customer service and always get a long wait time. So finally figured out how to print photos, but used up a lot of photo paper experimenting. Otherwise I like the printer.

The HP ENVY Photo 7855 is a good printer, but the setup instructions and access to HP assistance are not good. It took me 3 weeks to get the printer set up and useful, whereas my previous HP OfficeJet 4620 Printer just plugged in and ran.

I use the printer largely for printing and scanning. There is an app that works with my android phone and windows computer beautifully. I've had the printer for about a month, and so far everything is working as expected.

Bought this printer to replace older HP printer which had died. Prints documents fast and pictures are sharp. Not sure I'll ever use the fax functionality but this printer was on sale and a good price. Can be run wireless or connected with an Ethernet cable.

fits my needs perfectly. sharp printing, quite acceptable pages per minute. haven't had it that long so i can't comment on ink longevity as other reviewers have criticized it for that. I think I will be quite happy with it.

I had bought a cannon & hated it. Hard to set up. Hard to adjust. App was worthless. So replaced with this HP in less than 2 months. Love the HP easy to set up easy to operate, easy to use the APP. Prints from Cell phone and computer.

was not easy to set up, had to get my son to set it up for me . I could not do it. It works great I really like it. very good printer Now the reason I had a hard time getting it up and running could be cause I'm 71 and not as good with these things as young People are.

I have been using this printer for about 10 months. It was easy to setup and load the ink cartridges. No problems so far. I did not select the instant ink program since I don't go through the ink that fast, but seemed like a good idea if needed.

This is one of the best printer I have ever had. It picks up Wi-Fi great and the scanner is awsome.

This is a good printer. The price is a good deal for the features it includes. The wireless set-up was easy. You do have to download an app to print from your phone or other devices. I would purchase this again.

Bought this printer because my previous color printer’s ink cost more that i paid for either printer. I use this mainly for color photos and regular printing. I have a laser printer for just black and white. This is an excellent printer and a great value, I highly recommend!

Lightning got my HP 8600 so I decided to downsize a bit to the HP 7855. Good move. It’s simple to use and easy to maintain with the HP ink link. I hope it performs better than the old one on the reboot of the wireless feature after a network dropout.

We bought this printer for home printing. The printer was very easy to set up, connect to the network and install the ink cartridges. Quality of the printed pages is great. We had the printer setup and ready to go within 10 minutes. Can't beat the price!

The printer is fast with so many advance options that I will probably never use. The quality of what I print is nice. I wish a hardback manual had come with the printer. Looking for help on line or through Youtube takes too much time
