This printer has already facilitated the mountain of retirement paperwork I have had to submit. Scanning the documents, copying photo ID, etc has gone smoothly and effortlessly. Love this new printer!

It has been a great every day type printer. Pictures turn out nice. It does everything it pretty much advertises. Set up was easy to my wireless router and to my iPad. The price was right too.

Great printer, when it works properly. Can only do PDF scanning from my mobile, which is a bit disappointing, because one of the main reasons I purchased was to do multiple page scans (via the feeder) to PDF. So there are extra unnecessary steps. Also, this printer needs to be restarted multiple times because there is a false Out Of Paper message when trying to print. Which again, wastes more time. The quality however is pretty good.

I got this printer to replace an old one that had stopped working. Overall it works well and I love the wireless printing from any device. The printer pushes the instant ink hard but I prefer to buy it on my own when I am out.

I got this printer and it does such a great job printing! I've never had a paper jam, and picture quality prints out amazingly! I've noticed that with the HP ink program I've only ever had to replace the ink once or twice.

Has all the functions I need and then all seem to work well. Scanning and copying were quick and quality was top-notch. Print out was high quality and seemed to perform as fast as other HP printers. Very pleased with the printer.

Hard to open paper stopper lever. Should be an easy solution or a button to press for the paper stopper to pop out, but no button. You have to take out the entire insides to press a button on the interior of the printer. Paper stopper not meant to open & close on this printer. So need to make sure printer sitting in a convenient place, because the lever sticks out that holds paper after printed. Employees at Best Buy couldn’t figure out an easier solution and no button on outside of printer to pop out the paper stopper. We returned this item that is not user friendly & nothing in the instructions or online to help.

I had a little trouble with the set up as I accidentally changed the language but once i figured out how to switch it back to English, everything went smooth. I signed up for HP Instant Ink which should provide good value. Print quality and wireless printing are both top notch.

so far i have only used it a few times to make some one sided copies and to print some info from the internet, but it has done everything asked of it quickly, quietly, and with quality. what more can you ask of a reasonably priced printer?

Very good quality, it's awesome to have a touch screen for sure, simplifies your life a lot. Takes enough sheets to print at once. Too bad the cartridge doesn't last for too long, but the printer itself is great.

Excellent basic unit. Quality is very good and I like the instant ink option. Very convenient and fantastic value. Would recommend this printer and ink service for anyone needing a good quality printer without spending a lot.

If I could find a "shrink image" function for the copy function of the printer, I'd be completely happy. Other than that, I have no complaints and am very satisfied with the ease of installation and the quality of the output from this device.

My last printer was crap when it came to printing pictures. This one is awesome it prints pictures better than better. I love this printer it does so much more. I definitely recommend you buying this printer if your looking for an awesome printer.

This is the first Epson printer I have owned. I bought this model because it is a photo printer and it also prints directly on cd/dvds. Very few standard printers have this feature. The print quality is excellent and the unit has several other features such as Apple Air Print.

This printer is awesome! We looked at many different printers before choosing this one and so glad we picked this one! It does everything you would need for our office!

Had a little trouble understanding how the 2 paper feeders worked, but got it all worked out OK

I purchased the HP Envy Photo 7855 after much research and it is great! The black and color ribbons prints out really well and the print looks very professional. Haven't tried the photos yet, but I'm sure they will look just as good. I am VERY PLEASED with my HP Envy printer!

I dumped HP because of the cost of ink for the printer..but after owning 3 cannon printers and having to replace them after moving I am tired of the complexity of setting up a cannon printer....This printer was super easy to set up on all devices.

It prints whatever I send in my e-mail the print quality is very sharp and the colors are vivid. The photos are like a professional. I would send you one if I knew how. Very happy with my new Envy all in one.

I had an older model of this printer and was never happy with it. I may just have had a defective one but this new one works very well. I was reluctant to buy this again but am very glad the salesman encouraged me to get this.
