    I didn’t like that it had no USB port to help with scanning documents to a thumb drive

    Printer occasionally disconnects itself and I need to remove and reinstall on my computer. Purchased the same printer elsewhere for another user and the same thing happens.

    The LED panel wont let me change from the paper tray to the photo tray. Unable to find how to fix it on line. GEEK squad is coming.

    The ink supply that came with the purchase as very minimal and we ran out of ink the first day. It has automatic replenishment of ink but it has now been 2 weeks and the new supply has not yet arrived. This is disappointing. In the good side, the quality of the printing is exceptional.
