Beautiful screen was the selling point and I wanted a "newer processor" in a laptop to replace my 6 year old desktop. Hooked it up to a 27 inch monitor and use as my main computer now. But it's nice to disconnect and bring to the couch on occasion if I wish. Got it on sale so am very pleased with the value. Sturdy build and looks great!

Went to Best Buy to purchase a new computer for my daughter. I had an idea of what she wanted and the programs she would use. The Tech, Gabriel, was very helpful: Professional, Knowledgeable, very helpful. Bought the computer - very happy and my Daughter will get a new computer for Christmas. Very Pleased with our Best Buy experience.

Lightweight laptop, small enough to carry it easily.

Purchased during 2021 Thanksgiving sale... in about little over a year ( 13 months) , the hinge connecting screen with the keyboard is broke. It was very gently used and very minimally used. It is plastic Mould used in the hinge and it is of poor design Upon googling it is found this model fails invariably after a year of use. Though HP is made aware of the issue more than 2 years ago, they still did not fix the issue seems. Now it is out of warrenty. other users have informed that they spent about 300 to 400 USD to fix it. issue is that poor design hinge will again fail in a year are so.. what is the purpose of spending 300 USD if the design and quality is bad ?

I recently purchased a laptop at Best Buy. I wasn’t sure exactly what type of laptop I needed.After discussing it with the salesperson he showed me several different types. The laptop I chose meets my needs perfectly. The salesperson was very helpful. I will definitely return to Best Buy for my families computer needs.

Great compact laptop that also folds into a tablet

It was a great computer until random keys stopped working about a year after purchase. We tried all troubleshooting steps available with no luck and also the Geek Squad. We used a Bluetooth keyboard until the computer stopped turning on completely, about 2 years after purchase. It was not worth the money for a 2 year lifespan.

This is a great laptop, very speedy, long battey life and the OLED screen, really makes your picture pop. I got it the last day of the Black Friday deal, so happy I listened to the rep and got it. It also has Wifi 6 and plenty of storage. I wish that the ram was at least 12 GB but i will most likely upgrade it.

The keyboard feels responsive and is pleasant to use. I very much like the idea of a fingerprint key to open Windows, but it has not often worked for me. I like that the letters are lit rather than painted on the keys. The screen has very bright, sharp images.

I’m very happy, I was worried about the battery after all the bad reviews I read, but I haven’t had any problems with it, works perfectly, I’ve been weekends out of the city without taking my charger and never ran out of battery.I love the way it looks, I have received great comments about it.

Haven’t had to buy a new computer in years and started going back to school and got this and it is nothing short of perfect!
