Laptop is the size I wanted , but was lead to believe I could have a larger memory card installed after purchase but disappointed to learn it wasnt possible after buying dard and tech support . Be aware of smooth sales people !!!

Purchased as a replacement for a 5 year old Dell Inspiron 7000 with the purpose to get a lighter portable unit with a faster processor, longer battery capacity as well as better graphics. So far, this unit has met my expectations and was very easy to set up

Switching apple to HP. Loving this HP envy. Turn a laptop into a tablet is great for study gift. Gifting this awesome laptop to myself is worth the price. However it gets hot fast so many getting a fan for it. And problem an HP open as well :)

Great product. Long term HP user and got this one for my wife. She is extremely happy with it. Loves the size and weight compared to her previous PC. It also came with Win 11 which her old PC was not upgradeable to. Highly recommend.

It was smaller than I'd thought it'd be but a great laptop. Love how fast it boots up, decent battery life and plenty of drive space. Only fault is placement of the speakers at the bottom. But definetley would still recommend.

So far so good. Screen looks amazing, was a gift for my fiancée she just got her real estate license, she loves it so far

I purchased this laptop out of the box and it is in perfect condition. The touchscreen is nice, the colors and graphics are wonderful. 11/10 would recommend as a gift to someone or yourself. Worth every penny.

Really nice laptop, easy to navigate thru programs & apps, fantastic color, very fast. Compact size is easy to carry in a tote pocketbook, love it! I love the fact it can be folded and used like a tablet.

Loved the initially but after month, sound stopped working. Still I g trying to get support. Used 4 or 5 times. Sound should be fully functioning

The HP ENVY x360 13" is nice laptop to use. The 2 in 1 design HP did, works well. With the smaller form factor, I notice features that still appear on this Envy.

Every time I visit your store in Lake Jackson I am very, very glad I did everyone is always so helpful and explain things to me excellent. I plan to continue to shop there.

Long-time HP fan. I love the look feel speed and graphics of the unit. My problem is the complete lack of HP support. The laptop completely died after about a month. It would not even start up. I spent several hours with a support agent who ran me through numerous scripts which required the laptop to run. Each time I would have to tell them I could not do it. Long story short it went back for warrenty. Fast turn around, they paid priority postage both ways and I was happy. I get it back and it immediately starts rebooting or displaying the Blue Screen error, which requires rebooting. This is all random but a daily occurrence, sometimes 7 or 8 times a day. I go back to the HP website to work with them and I am now unable to find a way to contact a live agent. I am sent to download various testing tools, which I do, but nothing changes. I understand labor cost and supply are an issue but there has to be a way to contact someone who can fix this or authorize a return. I am really disappointed and angered at HPs Customer Support

Good enough for the money. But I had to take the laptop to the geek squad so they could activate the Microsoft office. After that everything’s been perfect

great replacement for damaged laptop...just wish had in rosegold color geek spad where a great help in choosing replacement. always get the replacement place..it paid off

Bought this for my wife. She needed it for school. Perfect size, speed and functionality for her. Will definitely buy another one if we need another laptop.

I purchased this HP laptop for my 15 year old son to use for school work and other non-gaming activities. He is quite happy with it and even takes it to school with him.

I purchased this not knowing how small it was so when I saw it I immediately returned it. I don’t doubt the computer would’ve performed good it was just too small to me.
