    Battery don’t last more than 4 hours - laptop seems too fragile from outside - I am sure if it get dropped on the floor by mistake it will go to pieces

    The Geek Squad guy came and did much of the work but the computer didn't charge so I had to bring it in and exchange it which took a few days.

    I barley got this not even 6 months ago and the part that is used as a mouse is getting stuck. It’s been very sensitive since the day I got it. I will be taking this in soon to get looked at. Screen quality is beautiful but overall battery life and the mouse part is poor.

    I hate my new HP Envy laptop. Having bought it to replace an HP laptop and a Mac laptop I’ve had both, for over 12 years, I was extremely surprised that I’m having more technical issues in the first three weeks owning the HP Envy than I ever had with either of my two old laptops combined. I hate it. It glitches, screen goes black, can’t get cursor to move, tons of problems while streaming. Most of the time i have to hard reboot for it to work and even then it’s taken a couple times of redoing that for it to turn back on right and function. Taking it back tomorrow. It had better get fixed or replaced immediately.
