DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER HP PRODUCT

The laptop came with a faulty hinge and speakers that barely worked and only got worse the more I used it. And to top it off HP customer support is basically non-existent. It's impossible to get in touch with them, and if you're lucky enough to talk to anybody they will not solve any of your problems. They said they sent me a box to ship the laptop back to them for service, 8 months later and it hasn't even showed up yet! DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER HP PRODUCT. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. IT BLOWS MY MIND THAT HP CAN EVEN BE THIS BAD. EASILY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY I'VE EVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM.

Common Mother Board Problem - Lasted 14 Months

Of course, did not have extended warranty. After some research, see that this is a common problem. So very disappointed....because I loved everything about this laptop.
