Transitioned over to try something different, tried this as my younger sister has a envy 15 16gb of ram, and had been using it prior to the purchase of the 13. Not bad, as I use it for work, school and periodically gandering at media. Not using for gaming, or although I’ve been looking to upgrading the gpu. However for what it’s being used for it has been optimal

HP ENVY 360 PALE GOLD

Its worth every dime i paid for it and i have no regrets .Also the gold color is amazing and fingerprint features is really cool, the size is perfect and i love the fact that i can do basically everything on my phone on this laptop from replying text and viewing my pictures. I will recommend this product and most especially buying it from a store like best buy.

Good Computer

I had to restart a couple of time because it froze while setting up, but seems to be working ok now. There is a problem when using Premier Pro that it corrupts my original files and then I can’t edit my files in that program. I haven’t figured out the fix, but will probably have to call Geek Squad to try and figure it out. It seems to work fine using other programs though.
