Laptop was not compatible to the engineering programs I needed to use. (Lags and slow) although laptop for general everyday use seems to be a good laptop. Size/appearance is a plus! Overall a decent laptop, would recommend for everyday use.

I love this laptop! It's fast, it's easy to use and the size is great for me. It's smaller than your standard laptop but large enough for easy viewing. I use this for work and part of my job requires me to access my laptop at locations. I can set this up on a counter and work easily.

it has great features and a pretty cool look with a decent touch screen though i must point out the speakers they are really clear very good tuned but on the other hand really low it's good when your in a room or it's more or less quiet but not that good when your in a noisy area

These computers experienced a massive and really stupid failure when an OS update immobilized the sound card (not useful in the year of Zoom meetings). But a recent patch has restored them to their previous awesomeness. Download from HP’s site. They’re a great value, overall.

This was an early xmas gift for my daughter. Her previous laptop (HP) was not working too good anymore. She's in her 3rd yr of college. With finals approaching, she needed something before xmas. She thinks it's awesome. She hasn't had any problems or negative comments so far.

The laptop is an excellent purchase. The 11th generation I7 processors permits multi-tasking at faster speed. The images are crystal clear and full HD. The Bang and Olufsen sound is amazing. The finger print reader helps to keep the computer secure when I am not using it.

Bought as a gift for my wife. Works well thus far. The screen is a little smaller than she expected, but overall it checks a lot of boxes. We connected to an external monitor to address the screen size.

It's a decent work machine for school and work. I would not suggest playing games on it, but I can definitely suggest using it for professional setting. Very light and decently fast.

The initial purchase was really good including the service. I did have problems when I attempted to schedule the computer set up, was on hold for over 2 ours and finally just hung up. I finally got in via the toll free number.

i'll start with the one major con - unable to backup the internal drive because my rescue CD cannot see it pros: portability, gold color, cpu Not expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of Xe graphics.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he says it is fantastic! It works perfectly for his job and he also can connect it to another screen to have multiple screens at once. That is a feature that comes in handy when he is working with his clients.

Nice and powerful laptop. If you are not thinking of doing any serious gaming and only focus on work, college or multimedia entertainment this bad boy is for you. Light weight, small and portable with a pretty powerful spec sheet, it will not let you down.

Learned a valuable lesson. Bought an open box item that had been returned. This was a one time deal I will remember! After only a few weeks, battery failed. When I took to Geek Squad I was told it had to be shipped back for repair. It was gone long enough I had an issue with replacement timeframe. Luckily a great manager gave me a sweet deal on a new laptop. New laptop is perfect. Thanks, Carlos!

This notebook is just what I was looking for, like the size, the price was within my budget. Able to do everything I need to do with a computer, I especially like the back lit keyboard, the screen is clear and sharp. Very happy with purchase.

Good laptop, but be aware the screen is good screen but the filter for privacy makes it really annoying so get a different laptop unless you like the privacy as it makes the screen bad

Love my new HP Envy laptop and now I just need to get back into the store to use the benefits of my technical support package! I know it’s capable of doing so much more than I’m able to utilize and I’m excited to learn all that it can do!!!

I’m very pleased with this laptop, slim, fast, good quality overall. The touchscreen has a rapid response and the screen I have come to love, the brightness is sufficient enough. Excellent computer. everything works fine.

Great laptop for business and everyday use however not good for playing graphics intensive games unless using a service similar to GeForce Now. Looks and feels nice and functions well.

Very nice laptop, very fast, especially when booting. Crystal clear display and high quality workmanship. I was a little skeptical about the 8GB of memory, but with I7 Evo and SSD, I've had no issues. Very happy I bought this one.

I really like this. It works very well and is aesthetically pleasing. I am just a little confused about some of the features, but that is user error. In conclusion, this is a good computer for someone who just needs the basic features.
