Very good laptop. 13” screen is pretty small, but suits my needs. I would recommend getting a bigger screen size for those who use laptop a lot. Graphics and color quality for laptop is very good. Would highly recommend this laptop.

I love my laptop I've had it for a year the only issue is the speaker makes a cracking sound. In Limit I got geek squad protection. Doesn't connect to hot spot

HP envy laptop is a good computer to buy . It does everything I needed in a computer. I checked around beforehand at different brands and styles but this one seemed to be best one for the money. The price at Bestbuy was the cheapest.

Performs very well! Exterior built is impressive too. What I have noticed though is the battery won't last the whole day especially when watching videos.

Wonderful machine. Powerful, fast, beautiful, sleek, quiet, the only complaint I have (which barely even counts) is that it’s seeming to be impossible to find a snap on case for this particular model. (Especially compared to MacBooks)

I have enjoyed this laptop and it works great. My biggest issue with it has been that windows mail does not want to work with yahoo mail. It is miserable to try to set up. Overall it is a good laptop.

Very pleased with this. Needed a replacement for another brand which the hinges came apart before I intended to get a newer one. I was concerned about just having 8gb memory but not been an issue at all. It's fast and light.

This is the best laptop so far for what I needed - perfect size for portability, light-weight to carry around, fast and long lasting battery. The only thing I don't like is the viewing angles because of the HP sure-view feature.

I had to return this laptop. Although it seemed like a good laptop and was super fast, it was way too bright for me! I felt like I would have had to wear sunglasses to keep this, otherwise I’d get headaches or migraines from the screen brightness. I changed the settings to the lowest screen brightness display and it was still too bright for me. They have the option of putting on a “night” screen which essentially turns screen a yellowish tint so the light isn’t too harsh, but I would not have liked that setting 24/7.maybe my eyes are just too sensitive.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person who set everything up to have my old computer information transferred by Total Tech/Geek Squad. Then I picked it up and had a remote service call to have it working well in my home.

so far so good. I use it for school and I haven't run into problems. The battery life is okay, I feel like it doesn't last as long as advertised, but I really enjoy the touch screen feature. The speakers are fantastic.

It's really great for multi-tasking as a college student and extremely easy to pick up the mechanics of for someone who isn't super great with understanding technology.

HP - Envy a light and easily set up laptop. Would recommend, is comparable to Apple 13.3, while rather holding the winning edge regarding functionality and resilience.

I like the computer it's the best version. When my computer was not working I needed a new one and I got this one it's amazing and fast

Nice computer, but had some problems with the Windows 10 within the first week or so. The guys at Best Buy helped, though, and now it’s all good. Really enjoying the two way use of it.

Was a great laptop for school. Enjoy the finger print feature, the hidden lens, the brightness on the keyboard and screen were great. Small and portable. Battery lasted well for me

The HP-ENVY is an enjoyable computer to use. It is quick to start, can touch the screen or use keyboard, and gets to websites quickly. Very efficient. Yet to discover other things, but looking forward to it.

I have worked in IT since the IBM PC came out and I have had numerous laptops. I love this laptop. Well built. Great specs. Great price point. Bought one for the wife too and recommended it to friends.

Amazing laptop. Practical and super light. The only thing is that it does feel rather small at first but for a 2 in 1 I believe if it was bigger it would be hard to switch from laptop to tabled as quickly.

cover for the body of the computer came with a dent which I did not notice until a few days later. The cover is not tough but rather flimsy when you compare it with similar computers such as the MacBook. Worried about the flimsy cover I tried to get a protective case, would you believe there are no protective cases out there to match this computer
