Love this item! It's so fast and I use it often. I do have a desktop HP Envy but I'm usually in the kitchen and have my little HP Envy at the ready.

I haven’t purchased a laptop for myself in about 10 years, and I’ve been using the same one since; so anything new is a huge improvement to me. Love the features, love the photo editing capabilities. Just wish it had a micro-c instead of a lightening connection for data transfer, but ONLY for convenience purposes. Other than that, it’s exactly what I wanted. I use it daily to watch tv, edit photos, journal, and play some graphics-light video games.

Nice laptop! Even though it is a smaller screen I can simply zoom in with my touchscreen to help edit pics on my Silhouette software.

This laptop was a great purchase: it’s light weight, fast, and it meets my needs for documents, video calls, and internet research.

I really wanted to fall in love with this computer because it's sleek, fast, and pretty. Despite constant updates, though, I've had 3 persistent issues: 1. When I install updates while powering down my computer, the screen will indicate progress towards completion of the update....then show a blue screen saying that an issue occurred. You can try restarting the computer from the menu given but really the only way to resolve it is to basically undo the update. It's really frustrating and makes me wonder whether I'll be able to install updates at all. 2. Regardless of whether there is audio playing, the speaker on the right side of the computer makes a noise sometimes (not all the time) that I think most closely resembles crackling. 3. The audio from the computer will randomly change volume sometimes. For example, say I have the volume at 60. It'll sound good and appropriate for that number, then all of a sudden quiet down. I'll ramp it up to 100 to be able to hear the audio clearly (it's still kind of quiet at that point) and then it'll randomly go up to what 100 volume should sound like (that is, loud). This computer's performance is great but if I had known these issues would come up with the computer I would have just gone for a Mac.

I got this computer for my wife and she loves it. This computer is very small and light. It's made of high quality metal and feels very sturdy. You can charge via USB-c which was a big deal to me so i dont need to lug around multiple chargers. The battery life is solid and the screen is VERY bright. Performance wise, this is a great laptop for most tasks. The pale gold almost has a rosy gold color to it and almost appears pinkish. My wife loves it. Keyboard is nice and tactile. Overall great buy.

Its a nice computer- I just use it for basic searching & it seems to be more than I need! Great size! Quick & easy to use.

So far so good, great/bright display, amazing performance and very good build quality. However, the battery life is worrisome.
