Not bad cheaper than the surface glitchs here and there

I love hp and when another computer i had for only a year broke, this was next on my list and should have been the one I bought in the first place. Love the 2 in 1 mode where i can use it as a tablet or laptop. Touchscreen is very nice. Only have had it for a few months now and getting memory pop ups with not a lot downloaded.

I bought this laptop for school purposes a month ago. So far every time I go on it, at least one time the Internet connection will disconnect for a bit and reconnect a little after. I thought maybe it was my internet provider, but reviews I read had the same issue. i also had some printer issues with the USB cord, not sure if it's because it's an old printer or the laptop had issues. But IT sorted it out for me. I do like the fact it is touch screen, and has a very loud volume if I need it to be. It's an ok laptop that will get me through nursing school, which is all I really care about

Looking for a 2 in 1. Did some research and this was towards the top of the list looking for a bigger screen. Not totally hooked on intel so the amd cpu is fine. Only issue with machine was could not set it up as a tablet at first. After a little troubleshooting had to update the keyboard driver then all was wsll.

Great machine, the only thing that I really notice are the hinges aren't very durable but they work.

When I was shopping for a new laptop I did not want to get a two in one. I felt like I didn't have a need for a touch screen. But when I was comparing laptops at the store I decided I liked this one the best, but still doubtful I would use the tablet mode at all. I decided to give the touch screen and try and wow I can't believe I didn't want one! The laptop is great I've been buying HP for years and am glad to say I still love them, and I'm so excited about the tablet mode. It's easy and quick to use.

So far I love the ease of use, especially with the touch screen. I do a lot of presentations and this feature comes in handy.

I only use for schoolwork. I love the slick design and the tablet mode. Even though it's 15" it is still lightweight.

Windows 10 with nice touch screen and decent specs (1TB drive, etc). Performs well. Good buy on clearance laptop.

After doing my diligence in researching the best computer for my needs, I found this to be the one that I wanted and needed. I process large image files regularly without problems and the screen is great for doing so - high 2k resolution with accurate colors. I do some casual gaming, the PC has little issues with my favorite RPG. It does get pretty warm which is probably to be expected. Audio is strong. Touch screen is a nice bonus, I don't use it a lot. Light up keys are handy when working in the dark. Battery life is more than I expected. Does not have a CD drive but has USB and SD card slots. In reality, the advertised 1000TB is not including the available space used for OS and related factory software. I subscribed to the ByteFence anti-malware software that came with the computer and it is not bad. I am satisfied with my purchase - I'll let it be said that the Jefferson City, MO computer dept. staff who I interacted with were really weird.
