This will be my personal computer. It has a great display, the backlit keyboard is wonderful. The AMD processor really has surpassed my expectations. Great computer for general household usage.

This computer was purchased for my daughter to carry to college. She loves the ability to switch between touchscreen and keypad.

Very pleased and easy to set up and use. I wasn’t familiar with Windows 10, but help was available through the Envy/HP.

Great Computer overall but Bad Battery Life and gets Hot fast. Fan runs most of the time.

This was loaded with features that a friend of mine showed me a month after I purchased it. It seems funny that the sales rep girl did not show me the tent feature this has or the touch screen. That's our young work force these days.

Absolutely love this computer! My only complaint is the battery life. What do you expect with a touch screen though?

ok computer, aftermarket options are slim, battery life is bad, no ethernet port. its not great but not horrible either.

My HP was exactly what I was looking for, I can easily navigate through all the apps. I like how it can switch to a tablet, the screen size is perfect to be able to zoom in and out. Another thing I love is the volume the laptop can reach.

I have been very satisfied with this little guy for all my managers. It has easy of use in the office and on the road.

Laptop is less than 4 months old. When opening the laptop, the lower left corner of the cover separated from the screen and the screen cracked at the bottom. HP support called this accidental damage, even though I was merely opening the unit. this is not covered under basic warranty and HP said it would be minimum $349 parts and labor to fix assuming just the screen needs replacing. You should be able to open the laptop without the back coming off causing the glass to break...

Good laptop for normal use. Got it for my sister and she has had a few minor problems but still loves the laptop

The ease of access and versatility of this laptop makes it a top notch product. The touch screen and conversion to a tablet allows me to take this product with me everywhere I go. I would highly recommend this product! Great price too!

easy to hook up had trouble reading directions for fax so just followed the steps on the fax machine it was easer

I am very pleased with this computer. I love the way it can be used in tablet mode. The one weakness is battery life

Wife loves her new laptop. Loves how it can flip 360. Loves the touch screen. Only thing she is missing is the keys are not illuminated. And finding a hard case is problematic because it flips 360 unlike a traditional laptop.

good functions longer than average battery life however when a recharge is needed it takes a long time to recharge

Appealing design, sleek enough to be on par with MacBook. Because of the diminutive size, even being designed by Bang&Olufsen, the speakers sound mot much different from any other less exquisite brand. Stand-by battery life is great.
