great little laptop for the money. big bang and great features. needed a laptop that can do what i needed without worrying about destroying a high end machine. fit the bill perfectly.

Pretty great for a pc. Fast and plenty of space. i am happy with this.

Price was great for this small little laptop. I like it so far but it is only a few months old. I also had to buy an external CD reader and an external extra USB port tower as this one only has 2. You have to jump thru hoops to have the touch pad turned off for each time you go back into it; you need to reset it. Not as user friendly as I hoped but a good computer for the price.

I bought this computer when my previous one crashed beyond repair right as the new fall semester started. I love being able to use the laptop in multiple orientations and it is easy switching between tablet mode and laptop. I've played some Borderlands on it and it ran relatively well. Definitely recommend getting an external cd-r drive. I have a few cd based games and soundtracks.

I wanted an HP because it has the ability to highlight (backlight) the keys with one key. I was replacing an existing HP. No other manufacturer offered that option. Everything is great except the "brightness" of screen. I wanted a really bright screen. Aside from that, great computer.

I bought this for my daughter she is a college student. She tells me the laptop has worked very well for her. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one for my other children.

Good laptop for work. The full keyboard is my favorite feature on it.

I have had this laptop for several weeks now and it has performed flawlessly. But we can say that about ever new computer. I really do like the keyboard and it's lamination. It is much easier to use, larger characters are a hit. The ability to fold is very helpful, when I have something else to do I just fold it over the arm of my recliner with no fear it will the floor.

Great options and nice looking. Use for pictures and data entry at home.

At first i wasnt too sure of getting it because of the AMD processor, but honestly it does the work just fine. I use it for my online classes and the laptop is pretty fast.

It was time for me to upgrade my laptop. I have never had an HP before, so I was a bit skeptical. I love the touchscreen, and that it is also a tablet!! No regrets!

This computer was recommended by my son and also the sales representative at Best Buy. I have not regretted purchasing it. Besides the "touch screen" and "tent stand" capability. I believe my favorite is that the key board lights up. Which comes in handy when I'm not paying any attention to the time of day and it starts to get dark. Also it's great for graphics. I use Corel Draw on it with no problems. Speed is excellent, in fact, so far I haven't found anything that I dislike. Cudos to HP.

There are things I absolutely love-- the 360* mode, using it as a tablet, etc. However, Windows 10 is not very intuitive for me, so I feel like I'm not getting the most out of it. Also, it says you can buy a stylus to use it as a write-on tablet-- but Best Buy does not carry them. That was super disappointing to me, as it's now more of a hassle to acquire.

We purchased this laptop for my daughter to use for college. She needed Microsoft Office, so we also purchased that with the laptop. About a month after we purchased the laptop, my daughter had an assignment where she had to insert a picture into a Word document. At that time, Microsoft Office crashed. We tried numerous times without any success. We uninstalled Microsoft Office and reinstalled it and still the same. We did a complete factory reset of the laptop and it still did not help. We took it into Best Buy to complain and see if they could get it working. Their Geek Squad was unable to fix it and recommended that I purchase their protection plan for a couple hundred dollars, then they could try putting a new copy of the operating system onto the laptop. This is a brand new laptop, why should I have to pay you more money out of my pocket for a protection plan when it is not working. I am highly upset and feel like I'm ready to beat this laptop with a hammer.

My old computer died and I needed a new one so I bought the HP. All I needed is one that did some on line surfing and some spreadsheet work. This one fit all my needs.
