Great product

Geek Squad considered it was too long too wait and allowed us to swap it out for a new one with a refund of our original purchase price. For small difference we got a better product. Happy customer!

Good laptop that can run big programs

For a $900 laptop which includes 3 year warranty, it can run the programs and games that I wanted to without much worry. It also runs through the Internet pretty well, and the battery life is good enough to last me for a good part of the day, even when running high RAM programs.

Some Problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard drive has made excessive noise since Day 1 Often have to restart after initial power-up when the cursor will not move, yet it is "clicking" constantly, and randomly scrolling around the page and starting whatever icons it passes over. Restart corrects the issue.

Nice laptop!

Works well for the use I bought it for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy this laptop- it has all the features I wanted- Converts to a tablet, has the number pad (in addition to the number row above the letters), has the 17" screen, etc. I don't know if this would be the appropriate computer for gaming, etc.....but for internet browsing and web -based applications- it is great.
