Easy user compatibility

Big and strong

I finally gave up after numerous visits and problems. Seems to be OK now...sort of. Iam trying to get my $99 refunded.

Great laptop. It does everything

The staff at Best Buy were great in listening to my needs and setting me up with the laptop that would best suit me. Scott was awesome. After he attentively listened to my needs, Scott set me up with the awesome laptop I am typing this review from. He is such a great sales person, I purchased a laptop that was $400 above what I had intended to pay.

I did have a problem with the Bluetooth and the Geek Squad had to fix. Otherwise I am very pleased with the operation of this laptop.

Excellent Laptop for students

My only negative view of this laptop is the white keyboard lights when using the lighted feature, I wish it was red. Outstanding display and storage space.
