With the Kaspersky virus protector downloaded on it that was included in purchase, it would continuously freeze and crash running programs. Once I removed it, it has worked well since.

Great all around pc

Not bad, but could be better

It is fairly slick with the touchscreen and the "convertible" nature of the 2-in-1 (fold the keyboard back to use as a tablet), but neither of these features were really things I was looking for. I got the best deal for the price at the time, and this was it. I am not impressed by the battery life (only a few hours in my experience), and even though I expected lightning quickness out of my new laptop, it runs about the same as the 5 year old desktop I use at work. It's a pretty good purchase for what it is, but it isn't much more than that.

Great Laptop

Love the fact that it can switch to tablet mode and take up less space. Got it on sale and the sales person was very helpful and quickly got me on my way with exactly what I was looking for.

Sleek, easy to use, bit slow
