Great all around computer

Perfect replacement

I have always liked the dependability of HP products so I looked at their website first. Best Buy had an Envy on sale and when we got to the store, the HP rep called our attention to an even better deal! He loves the new computer; the only drawback is that it is heavier than he expected.

Generally good but with some problems

Often the system becomes unresponsive due to tabs taking to long to load. This was an early problem and is sporadic. Also sometimes the computer will not recognize USB devices. Happens both using my hub and port. Again is not consistent to hard to figure out. Maybe the most annoying problem is the keyboard. The letters have little contrast with the color of the keyboard so in most lighting it is hard to see the letters. I am a reasonably good typist but still this keyboard is not very user friendly.

Good for a college student
