Loaded it up and it has worked fine every since

After bringing it back twice decided to go ahead and get a brand new one and the new one has not had any issues. This works well for my daughter who just had eye surgery and needed everything magnified to be able to use the laptop.

Slow as a Turtle

I've had HP computers in the past and expected good things from HP. I ended up returning the HP Envy that I originally purchased for this laptop. I purchased it in July and have only used it a handful of times because it is slower than a turtle. Not what I expected from HP. Even with the amount of memory and ram that are in it, it's so slow. I've cleaned up all of the add on's and nothing has worked. If it wasn't past the return period, I would return it as well.
