We are very pleased with this so far. Love the touch screen option and the flexibility of use. We purchased this after reading many reviews and comparing similar items and feel like we made a good decision.

I considered this a good purchase at the time but it was also a bit of a compromise from a price perspective. Then, in reading other reviews prior to opening and using the system I decided to return it and pay the extra money for solid state drive and a i7 processor. Other reviews cited speed and performance issues, so I decided to go ahead and bit the bullet, spend the money and get what I felt was definitely a quality system.

I was in a pinch and needed a laptop rather quickly. My last laptop decided to die when I had a research paper due. I bought this laptop because of the price. After using it, I decided I liked it better than my last laptop. I definitely like this laptop.

Bought this because my desktop died, wanted the convenience of a tablet, but wanted other features, like printing.

This is a great laptop for a college student, it has plenty of speed and storage and a gorgeous display, all at the right price.

I absolutely love this computer. I thought I was only going to use it to transfer the pictures on my phone to the computer but nope!! I love being able to download apps, the touchscreen, is fast and it has many features absolutely love everything!!!!

We bought this computer for our son to take to school and couldn't be more happy with our pur base. The picture is amazing and the functionality is perfect for his school needs. Highly reccommend

My first access to the internet from my new HP Envy x360 produced a pop-up for an anti-virus scam. I had to take it back for a factory reset, and a Geek Squad checkup later found six malware problems. I learned not to just take a computer home from Best Buy without insisting on an install and checkup in the store. Other than that, the computer performs well enough for my purposes, except for a mushy keyboard.

I begin with an issue i had after i put an sd card it crashed. Took it back was replaced and has worked marvelously since.

I bought this for my son to do his homework on. It ran a little slow so I uninstalled macaphee and that seemed to help.

I like this laptop. I don't really use it for anything that requires a lot of processing power however, a really great buy.

This item was on clearance. A very good computer for a good price. We wish it would have came with a CD/DVD reader.

The only reason why I said nice computer. I had them install windows 7 on it and now the 360 and touch does not work.

I have been very pleased with this purchase. I love the touchscreen interaction. It also has fast start up and shutdown process. I would definitely recommend this to a family or friend.

It was a nice computer for what I was purchasing it for. Had a few hiccups the first few days. More operator error than anything else.. It was a little odd having the tablet and laptop in one but it is a breeze now to switch back and forth.

I bought this computer for my business to run QuickBooks online services. It works extremely well for my business. I would recommend this product to another small business owner.

I have been through 3 of these laptops. All within a month. Had one for a week and the fan decided to go out. Keys were loose on another. It randomly shuts off. The fan on my third one (I still have it) is VERY loud. I do not recommend this laptop.

Our desktop computer was starting to go out so we decided to switch to a laptop. This laptop is a great value for the money. We love it, it was a super easy setup and works great. Great features, just feel like we made a great decision.

In the beginning I enjoyed this laptop and now I am having difficulty accessing my Microsoft Office products and it is asking me to activate the product. The Geek Squad installed the product and I just picked this computer after recovering from surgery 2 weeks later and now I am receiving this error message. Now I have to go back to the store and have the Geek squad investigate. Not happy.
