I upgraded to this laptop after giving my older laptop to my daughter. It's been great.

My last laptop died and I did a lot of research and found that this laptop fit my needs.

This computer is just what I need it, is the perfect companion for work and entertainment.

I'm sure this would be a perfect laptop for everyday general use. We explained my stepson's exact game use to the salesperson. We went back-and-forth between a few they suggested and decided upon this one for his needs and his budget. It would have been nice to know ALL the facts prior to purchase and two returns with fan issues.

This laptop is worth its weight in gold for any one trying to get IT degree. Since i started using this laptop multitasking is so much easier.

I bought it for my friend she uses it to do homework and online classes. She said was good!

I came into Best Buy and purchased the computer for my niece. The sales associate showed me all the features of the computer. I was sold. All my niece requested was that it was an HP. She loves it.

It works fairly well and sustains a good battery life.

I purchased this laptop to transfer pictures from SD card and store pictures. This laptop has slot to insert card, transfer images, store images and display images in high resolution.

This PC is great have slow load ad times at time and stay in idle from time to time.

Love my laptop I take online classes and also use in my spare time works greats battery life is awesome, haven't had any problems got a great deal on it and bottom line would puchase it again

Since I was upgrading from an older clunky laptop to a 2-in-1, I bought several open-box units, thinking it would be easier to return if I didn't like them. Even though my old laptop was an HP, some functions had changed. I didn't like the feel of the keyboard, the network adapter kept glitching (probably an open-box issue, rather than a model issue). The big thing for me was the bottom of all the new HP'S are beveled with a hard ridge, which scratched several pieces of furniture where I store or rest my laptop. That was the deal killer for me. I returned it and bought a Lenovo Yoga 720, because this new model has restored the normal, non-gaming keypad orientation (I hated & returned a 710 I'd bought prior to the HP Envy, because of the gamer shift key issue). In general, I like HP (my last 3 laptops) and will return to a future model that is more user-friendly in design and features.

Great laptop overall. It looks very nice and is well built. The backlit keys are great and the hinges appear to be very sturdy. Also really like the side number pad. Highly recommended.

Screen quality has altered, seems to discolor around edges. otherwise decent setup.

Nothing crazy great about it but not much bad either. A little heavy is all

After having a desktop it is taking me a while to get used to the touch of the laptop.
