I like the HP products , but this one has touch screen problems once in awhile .

This computer is slim, graphics are good, but slow

Overall great computer, but the scroll pad doesn't always work perfectly

I did some research before I bought this laptop, checked online reviews, talked to a blue shirt in store, and thought I was making a good choice. In the first 24 hours this laptop froze at least 10 times. It would overheat constantly. I thought I had gotten a lemon so I took it back to the store and got a replacement, same model. The second laptop was worse than the first! During the initial setup it crashed, restarted and stayed on the "just a moment" screen for about an hour. In the course of 4 hours I restarted twice but never got beyond that screen. I returned but didn't feel like giving this model yet another try, so I researched some more and ended up with a Samsung Spin 7, which, so far, is working out pretty well.

It started out with reboot after reboot as I brought it up to date then migrating my information, installing applications, learning a pain in the butt Windows 10, and then encountering bugs with the touchpad and with Windows 10. It had to be shipped to and serviced by HP. That fixed a couple of problems but some remained. I believe I've found solutions to the solvable problems but I still have to deal with a poorly designed touchpad. It's slower than my old laptop. I didn't realize the impact of moving from its solid state drive back to a mechanical drive. I'll have to pay Best Buy's prices to upgrade if I don't want to invalidate the warrenty. I've only had a few days of productive usage.

For the price I can't complain. Other than HP updates every time I use it...

Wow! I hadn't had a new laptop for a couple of years, and this one is amazing! The screen is crystal clear, the operating system is quick, and I am just thrilled with my new purchase!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my laptop. It is has great specks about it. I like the fact that I can use it as a tablet if I wanted too. The battery life is great. I would buy this computer again.

Like the notebook feature of this computer as well as the screen resolution.

I bought this computer with the thought that 1 tera byte will cover me with anything I need for storage. Storage didn't matter when the hard drive was not working for about 8 of the 9 months I have had it. I finally took it in thinking I was crazy that I got the spinning wheel of death every time I tried to go on Google. I looked at the Task Bar and it kept telling me my Hard Drive was at 100%, but what did I know other than Shut down some programs. Now it's costing me $90 for a new drive and the best purchase ever of $200 for unlimited GeekSquad use, and the old hard drive is out and I get my computer back in 5 days. HP Sucks! Geek Squad Rocks.

HP computer ENVY failed,,,not everything from old was transferred as requested

friends said windows 10 was difficult to use but did not find that to be true.

Got for my grandkids starting college, They seem to enjoy them for classes, net surfing and Netflix.

The picture quality is outstanding. It has taken me a few days getting used to the color and quality. If I didn't know better, I would think it was 3D. Very happy with purchase.

Great deal of the day, confidence in HP hardware and liked the features.
