Competitor has worked for what we need it for.......

If I could give this computer negative stars I would. This is the second one we've had and it will be going back again. The first one the hard drive failed after about 45 days - this one we've had for a week and now the screen is black. Because the battery is inside the computer you can't just eject the battery for a hard reboot. If given the option I will exchange this for a different make and model. I will NEVER by a computer again. They should stick to printers.

I purchased this for my neice and her freshman year at school. It has been wonderful for her. I would definatly recommend it for any students.

I love this laptop. I use it for work, as I am an at home medical coder, and I also live stream, do emails, etc.

We purchased this for a college student and she has been very happy with it. No problems, and great functionality for what she needs.

Have not had any issues with the laptop as of yet.

I needed a laptop that I can take on appts for work. This laptop works great as it's a good size for presentations and easy to haul around.

this laptop works fine but the fan is so loud that I hate to leave it on. It is also heavy. would not buy it again. The screen is bright and the sound is good and I like the feel of the keyboard.

I was looking for a backlit keyboard option and ended up finding this model which exceeds any expectations I had prior to purchase.

I was in need of a computer for school and kept doing research on laptops and when I found this one, it was perfect. Just what I needed.

Purchased 2 of these lap tops. One with in 10 days crashed and burned. The motherboard was bad. Best Buy replaced it and now we are holding our breath there are no more issues. Tech said it is very rare to have these kind of problems out of the box

I read the reviews online before I went to the store. Then asked the people at the store more questions and made my decision to buy.

Has everything you need to keep up with email and all your data. Easy to use and hookup to any wifi. The lighted keyboard is great.

This is a good middle of the road laptop. It seems like it works good so far for our son to do his school assignments and homework on. It would have been 4 stars, but... I miss windows 7, and I'm not a huge fan of the newer windows operating systems.
