I was a little upset that I got this and a week later you ran a sale that was $100 cheaper but the computer itself is good

VERY PLEASED WITH THIS LAPTOP. IT IS LIGHT WEIGHT AND HAS A LARGE MONITOR WITH GREAT VIVID COLOR. THE SOUND IS GOOD TOO.

Happy so far. Bought this for my son for school. He's pretty satisfied with it so far. A lot of computer for the money.

I love the case. it has excellent padding and holds additional items. I used it when traveling and was glad I had it.

This is a great computer! We had some instillation issues but once we called and got everything installed...we love it!!!

I really like this laptop. Like having your phone but with a bigger screen. Love it that it is light very portable.

I used this computer for about 2 days before it started having problems; glitches with the mouse and erratic, spontaneous clicking with no prompting. SLOW processing, touch screen is a joke! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This is a nice little laptop it got a lot power. It go's ,good on a network ( I mean sync well) BEST BANG FOR YOU BUCK.

Bought new and 2 months later computer could not connect to Internet. took it to Geek Squad and they reset it; lost my data as data trasnfers are expensive. took it home worked for 2 weeks and again same issue, not connecting to internet. took it back, they did a 45min restore. Working suboptimally as while working on Internet program stops working and have to recover page occasionally. They tell me they might have to send to HP in Kentucky for repair as they may need to change the internet card ! they do not have a loaner program so we are talking no computer for 4-6 wks!! I recommend that you choose another computer!

Amd has a great processor. Not a fan of hp due to customer service issues but I am happy with this product so far.

I am pleased with my laptop. HP products have worked well for in the past, so I decided to stick with this brand.

Buying items without package was great. The discount was awesome and computer is had not given me any problems.

Laptop is small and very portable. Laptop is a middle of the line, not a lot of power under the hood, but gets the job done. Nice features and has a great name backing it. No problems and have been using for about a month.

I got this computer for college and it's amazing. It has great quality and perfect for on screen multitasking.

Still getting used to Windows 10 and tired of leaning the latest Microsoft OS quirks - I've been at it too long, since the days of DOS... Annoyed that I had to go for this higher end unit just to get a back-lit keyboard.
