    It seems to work fine, then goes off on it's own, opening & closing windows on it's own until I give up and shut it off. I wish it had come with instructions, I'm not tech savey enough to figure it out by myself.

    Touch screen is great but processor is very noisy. So powerful chip but yet computer often freezes and restart.

    The laptop fan started making loud noise and wouldn't stop. It has problems of overheating. I think HP knows but doesn't fix the issue. I called them so they can fix this but they have you going through hoops . Only had it for 30 days and has lots of problems.
