I purchased this HP - Envy x360 2-in-1 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD FX - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive for my wife. It was a mistake. Often, the laptop would hesitate, i.e. clicking on the scroll bar and waiting 2-4 seconds before it responds... but since I expected an immediate response for just clicking on a scroll bar, I'd click again... this obviously caused it to do double when it would finally catch up. This would happen with scroll bar, with letters (yes, pressing the letter "e" or any other letter could have a 2-4 second delay at times) and then pressing it again and again... well you know what happened when it all caught to real time. The fan would blow hard and loud many times and it ran very warm.. Some folks would say this is normal. It isn't normal for my other laptops and my wife's prior laptop. Best Buy was VERY good and let us trade it in for the price we bought it at and purchased a different laptop which was a Dell. MUCH BETTER. There is no hesitation in the keys and fan doesn't run nearly as often and not has hot. Thank you Best Buy for being considerate and helpful in our situation.
