I took it to my local Best Buy store and the Geek Squad could not fix. They ordered the same model to replace the one that died. I got it and it lasted less than an hour and died. I took this one back to my local Best Buy store and they could not fix it. They said it must have been a bad batch. I got my money back and won't buy another HP.
