a lot of noise it died the battery dies pretty fast overall I'm not satisfied with his laptop I paid $800 I should've went with the Apple instead of hp. I heard HP is really good but I don't know about the manufacture who made that this laptop I just didn't like how they made it

After going over the computer and all it is capable of I decided It was much more than I needed.

I don't like the sensitivity of the touch screen when it is folded back into tablet position.

I've had some problems with this laptop for the past two months. It randomly locks up.

I am still on a learning level. Once I practice more I think I will probably like it.

It is a great laptop which can also be turned into a tablet. Price is high, though.

It’s alright but if you want to do good gaming it can’t handle that well

Its just really slow for multitasking and launching programs. HDD failed in first 6 months. HP did replace it under warranty which was a relief, but I still lost everything that was on there and had to send it in which took over a week.

Laptop crashed twice during first setup. Too many problems out of the box.

Bought 2 for Christmas last year and after about six months the hard drive on one went out. Two weeks later the other ones went out. The day I got the second one back from being repaired the first ones hard drive had gone out AGAIN! Waste of money

Going from tablet to laptop is almost impossible when started in laptop mode screen constantly flashes you have to open and close several times to even be able to sign in called Best Buy and manufacturer and could pay to have brand new laptop fixed about the same cost as a new one wasted $700

This laptop is pretty solid. The screen is weak, right side has back light bleed you can see on dark/black screen. BUT, it is nice and thin, has backlit keyboard and the AMD FX9800P is great for budget gaming. I had a Dell XPS 15 (L502x) with 8GB RAM, SSD hard drive, Intel Core i7 Quad core and an nVidia GT 540m 2GB dedicated video card. This little HP blows it out of the water in video games. Games that would not run well enough to be playable (Lowest settings), run just fine on this. Fallout 4 runs almost twice the frame rate with no stutter at around medium settings. My XPS 15 however smokes this thing at all other tasks besides gaming and video trans-coding (But who is gonna use this for a video server anyway?) This will NOT replace a high end gaming laptop, but you'll be spending twice as much for a real gaming laptop to beat this one. PROS: - Convertible touch screen to tablet mode. - Decent sound - Backlit keyboard w full numpad - very thin (For its class) - Runs all current games well enough to play (Not great, but playable) - Looks great too (Not that it matters) - 1080 screen CONS: - Screen could be much better quality - USB C port is claimed to be only 3.0 (I have been unable to fully confirm this though) - No display port out (But if USB C supports DP/HDMI, then this is a moot point) - Only 1 memory slot (You can see the other spot where the other slot can be soldered onto the board, but it is not there. Thanks HP for saving me a nickel!!) - No M.2 for adding extra SSD - No RJ-45 Ethernet Port (Can buy USB one, but that's more stuff to carry around) - single audio jack - Most likely does NOT support USB C charging (That's what HP phone support said, but they just read the product brochure, they also originally thought the USB C port was for plugging into a LAN not USB, so they don't know anything) - AMD FX9800P only is supplied 15w, which is great for saving power but the chip can run at 30w and have almost twice the horsepower. - No easy access to the inside (Made to not be end user serviceable) But even though the cons here outnumber the Pros... any laptop that converts to tablet mode and can play any video game out there for this price is an excellent value. I am happy with the purchase.

Forget this computer! Even though I am proficient with a keyboard, sitting at the kitchen table with an adjustable overhead light on produces so much glare due to the lightly colored key markings and glare caused by the metallic surface of the keyboard renders this laptop worthless in my opinion

Less than a year old and every 5 or 6 times coming on, it opens and closes numerous applications, forcing me to try to restart it. Also, every time I try to start typing, the cursor jumps to another location on the screen if I am resting my hands on it. Seriously aggravating.

When I received this item, I initially loved it. It was the right size and weight for my preferences, the speakers were great, the picture was beautiful. I used it for less than 2 days when the screen started to freeze up. I had to shut it off and turn it back on, but the touch screen continued to malfunction. I took it to the store for an exact exchange, thinking this one was just a dud, but the employee said that they had received 5-6 returns on that item in the last week. They said they didn't recommend getting another HP because they thought maybe they got a bad batch, so I ended up with an Acer that had similar specifications.

Sales person should have told me it doesn't come with a DVD player

Had problems from the very beginning cannot get it resolved

Decent laptophas some running issues but OK for every day use

Don't care for the tablet feature. Wish I had my PC back.

it could use better air flow so it does not get to warm
