Awesome. Usually a Mac person, got this for work, and love everything about it. On the higher price for laptops, but you get touchscreen, lite keyboard, awesome sound. If on sale, dont hesitate!

    Best Laptop I’ve Ever Had

First and foremost, this laptop is amazing and you won’t regret your purchase. The ONLY con is you will need to restart the computer for it to operate correctly, as an update is required (I couldn’t hard-wire connect to Ethernet until I did this). BUT, this is something I’ve had to do with any new computer Ive bought in the last 10 years or so, there’s always a bug in some original firmware that goes unnoticed until the item is released which means a new update is needed to correct it. Easy fix, and not a problem, just go through the computer set up and immediately restart it which should prompt an update. I own a small sales business with an office environment, and with COVID forcing us to work from home, I realized it was time to think about a new way of computing. We got rid of all our desktop computers in exchange for these laptops. The USB C is a Gen 2 - which means you can connect up to 3 external displays - a must for any small office. This enabled us to add an additional monitor to each work station, utilize a “hub” docking station for ALL external computer connections, making it simple to unplug ONE cable and head home - computer in hand. The laptop itself is made of high quality. The shell is metal or aluminum, which is a first for me, any other laptop I’ve had is some form of plastic. It’s a very classy looking device. As for actual work - in the last 2 weeks we’ve been using these all day long, no issues. It’s very fast and able to handle multiple tasks with ease. Any given moment, we’re routing phone calls through a VOIP provider, accessing clients and uploading/downloading documents into our CSM, sending internet faxes, and accessing other industry cloud based software. All at blazing speeds. I can’t say enough - buy this laptop.

I only buy HP products. I work with Dell and Lenovo computers at work. My personal choice is always HP. This machine is solid, very easy set up. This machine is not the top of the line but fits my needs well. I use it for photo and video editing. The price was nice. I could spend twice as much and still need to replace it in 3 years. The touch screen is very responsive. Ordering from Best Buy was super easy. On Black Friday I ordered this at 9 am. Within hours I received the email that no contact curbside pickup was ready. No waiting in line. My purchase was brought out to my car. The only concern was the young lady who brought it out didn't ask for the confirmation number. She asked if I bought the computer and then put it in my back seat.

Just replaced an older model lap top with the HP Envyx360. I was so pleased with both the performance and the price I purchased another one for my daughter who is delighted with it as well. The new Total Tech Program is awesome for us too.

I wanted to write my review on day one, but I decided to wait a few days. I have a janky Dell for a few years and as a business person with lots of reports, product photos, emails, websites to manage, etc...I needed to step my electronic game up. First, I ordered around 12am and selected next day delivery (it still showed for same day but I didn't hold my breath). I was pleasantly surprised. My laptop came by NOON on the same day. That in itself was amazing! Set up was A BREEZE! I read the reviews and was concerned about the wifi set up. I had absolutely no issues. Even more so, I was actually using my phone's Hotspot and it connected automatically. The pc is FASSSSTT! The processor is great and I feel so much more efficient and effective. I literally worked on my new laptop from 1pm to 7am just enjoying the ease. The scree resolution is clear and crisp. No color issues. I edit photos for my website and it is a breeze. I love the fingerprint reader for easy log-in. The flip screen is new for me. The keyboard lights up so I can work in the dark. Loveeee the touchscreen. I definitely just stepped into the 21st Century. I primarily picked this one because it had the most ghz for its price range and great storage with the expandable option. I love that it is sleek and lightweight but sturdy and solid looking. It was $579 when I purchased so definitely a deal. Apps and programs are easy to activate or add on as needed. I did get the Microsoft Home add on for $49.99 but I already had 360. All I have to say is this definitely boosted my productivity coming from a laptop that would take forever to load and freeze constantly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and have recommended it to friends.

Have had this laptop for a little under 2 months and it works great. The visuals are amazing, the fingerprint makes it so easy to log in. and overall it is great. Sound quality is 10x better than my last laptop and it is easy to navigate. There are a few downsides which include: Overheating Internet Connectivity Issues The overheating doesn't affect the performance and the internet connection goes in and out which can be a hassle but takes a few seconds to correct by just disconnecting and connecting the wifi.

This is the third HP that I have owned in the x360 series and is easily my favorite one. The previous two had Intel chipsets and they were also good laptops but neither of them can compete with the Ryzen 5-4500U CPU. This chip more than holds it own with the 10 gen i7 mainstream chips that are used in these HP/Lenovo/Dell builds. If you are trying to decide between the two, do yourself a favor and get the AMD chip. Its a no-brainer. I downloaded the portable Userbenchmark program and ran this build through it. The overall system "exceeded expectations". The CPU performance was rated as "brilliant". The SSD performance was "exceptional". Those were not my assessments, those were the results of an independent series of benchmark tests on the laptop that I purchased. The GPU received very poor marks with regards to gaming potential but I don't think anybody would purchase this laptop with the intentions of doing serious gaming. The results did say that it would have no problem with basic gaming. With that said, I can tell you where the GPU did shine. That was in picture quality. As I said earlier, I had two previous HP x360 that were Intel and both were 2020 models and also have the identical screens. They were both x360 Pavilions. Far and away, the picture quality is so much better with the integrated GPU with AMD versus either of the Intel models. One feature of this model that I don't think is highlighted enough is build quality. The frame is all aluminum and has a nice finish to it. The Envy is considered a step up from the Pavilion and I agree. This laptop is incredibly well built and sound. The build quality and the nightfall black color gives it sort of a masculine quality and it has a machine type feel to me. I like this look better than the silver or gold one's that I had. ( I hated the gold color!) I have not had any problems with the computer running hot at all. However, it does frequently get loud and it can be somewhat annoying. The laptop does have a HP Command Center to help with noise and temperature issues. To be honest, I haven't taken the time to make any adjustments. I guess I shouldn't really complain about the noise until I try to use the software to fix it but just be aware that it can make noise and there are options to remedy it. I love number pad being to isolated to the right. I can't speak to the quality of the webcam or camera as I have no need for those features. I would rate the sound quality of the speaker system as average. I only tried it once to see how well they sounded. I always use Bluetooth so that feature wasn't especially important to me either. I have not literally tried to time how long the battery lasts. I just know I use my laptop a lot and I haven't gotten the impression that the battery doesn't last long enough. I am satisfied with it and the quick charge feature works very well. I purchased this laptop knowing that I could upgrade the RAM and I believe that this CPU will increase the lifespan of this computer a little longer than one could normally expect. HP, as always, provides very good support from set-up to any kind of troubleshooting and provides several different ways to monitor and test the health of your PC. The only thing that stops me from giving this a 5 star is the brightness of the screen. If the screen were just a little brighter, this would be a homerun. But I knew this going in and all of the positives far outweigh that one personal issue that I have with this computer. Catch this laptop on sale, and it will be very hard to beat the quality and performance for the money.

I've had the computer for roughly a month and so far I am very pleased with it. Solidly built though there are some minor issues for me. I feel the hinge can be a little tighter. The screen stays in place but can feel a little floppy. The keyboard is decent but for my heavy hands, the keys could use a little more travel. Also no right Ctrl key and no pause|break key which bothers me because I love hot keys and also use virtual box pretty often. HP bloatware was not as prevalent as my previous HP experiences but I believe it may have contributed to some issues I had with the computer sporadically refusing to autorotate into tablet mode and the latest Windows update caused some issues with the computer freezing when going to sleep and not wanting to wake up. All fixed after wipe and reinstall/upgrade to Win10 Pro (found cheap licence for sale from a popular "PC" news website which is "WORLD" renowned if you catch my drift). On the positive side, the computer is QUICK! I love AMD and glad to see them doing great things again. The touchscreen looks good and works well. I like the fingerprint sensor. Full size keyboard. The touchpad is good and large compared to my last one. Battery life has been pretty good. It's a bit big to use as a standard tablet at almost 16 inches and 4 pounds but it's pretty great to watch videos set up in tent mode. Great price too. No thunderbolt. USB-C only with you can't charge through (I've read it will charge the laptop if it's off. I haven't tested and probably won't because I like having a warranty ;-) .) With an adapter it will output HD video and sound which I have tested. The laptop can even handle a few VM's at a time. Great for students or getting work done. Even some light gaming. I'm enjoying it a lot and I think you will too.

This is a nice home computer that is used for home finances and some small business applications. An issue that I have with this computer is that it constantly disconnects from the internet. Frequently during the day, I have to reconnect through troubleshooting. It is very inconvenient when I am in the middle of a spreadsheet. I need to constantly save the documents so as not to lose my updates. Other than that, it is easy to set up, use and doesn't have all the bells and whistles I did not need. I like the backlit keyboard and the numeric keypad. It's a nice little computer as long as you don't want to do anything sophisticated.
