Overall I'm very pleased at how this computer has performed in the short while I've used it. Compared to my previous laptop, this one is so fast to boot up. Really like that feature.

My laptop was delivered on 3/27/20 and returned on 5/1/20. When it worked, it was great. But I kept having the same issue repeatedly. While using it with a fully charged battery it would start to get extremely hot to the touch and then shutdown. Eventually after a couple hours it would cool down but it still wouldn't turn back on until I put it on the charger for a few minutes. It was basically overheating, shutting down and suddenly draining the battery. At first I thought maybe it was just a one time thing, but it kept happening. I finally returned it and i'm still deciding if I want to try the same laptop or buy a different one. The only other thing I didn't care for was the material/weight of it...it's like a metal or something, cool to the touch. (When it wasn't overheating of course.) And it was on the heavy side compared to other laptops i've had.

Got my son one, and had to return my sons because the sound stopped working. Gave us a new one. Ours did the same thing but started working on own

This laptop has been a great addition to our house. The size and weight are perfect for ease of travel and yet packs a punch in all the right areas. Love this laptop.

Very happy with the quality of the product. Been using Dell computers provided by my company, but the HP is every bit as good. Highly recommend the computer.

I had a wonderful first impression and would have loved to have kept this Laptop if some serious issues had not happened. In the first week of purchase, the microphone crashed during a business meeting. HP support had to reinstall the software. A couple weeks later, also during a couple business meetings, the fan started to make a noise like an airplane turbine. I had to turn off the computer for the noise to stop. HP support said it needed to have a look inside and perhaps change the fan. Nope. I returned it. I did not pay so much for something to give so much trouble in less than a month.

I'm very impressed with this laptop. It feels solid but sleek, nice finish on the entire encasement. I would highly recommend it for a budget laptop/office use.

The screen size is perfect. The speakers work wonderfully. Easy to set up. Thin and lightweight. I haven't used the touch screen alot yet but I know it will get used.

I was actually surprised at the fit and finish of this laptop. It looks much more expensive. Like a real high end laptop. My wife uses it and it fits her needs.

It’s been about a month since I purchased this computer and my last HP lasted almost 9 years. I love the HP computers and printers. Been using the printers since 1995.

The sales associate in computers was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I love my new laptop! I know need to figure out how to connect it to my printer.

Purchased for my daughter to use for school. To this point it has done everything needed. She really likes the thumbprint security feature.

Laptop works great. Using it for games, video calls, and school has been great. Jack of all trades. Not a high end gaming laptop but gets the job done for me.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!! I had an HP Envy a few years ago for school and loved it then and I just got this HP Envy last month and I love it just as much!!!
