could have used some initial help on set up and how to use windows 10 while at the store since laptop and windows 10 totally new to me

This computer is awesome. I am using it to write, stream videos, and etc. Thos one has fingerprint unlock, which comes in handy. It really is a great computer. 5/5

Great laptop, very fast and easy to setup. 256gb SSD is very fast and processor is quick too. Perfect for web browsing and watching shows.

Does everything they said it would. Works well for my office away from my office. I have simple needs but this does it all really well.

Great for the price. I use it more like a PC with a separate monitor and keyboard. I wish it was a little faster, but it is great for my needs.

This laptop has been superb in fitting the needs for my office work as well as my son's virtual classroom. No issues and the battery holds up well.

it started making a knocking noise and froze up, couldn’t turn it off. closed the cover and continued to make the knocking noise for a half hour. Eventually it stopped. turned it back on. Three days later made same knocking noise for about 30 seconds and stopped. Service worked on it check it over and it seems it’s OK. Seemed like fan or something rotating hitting something. Was loud enough people on my car heard it.

I was looking for an upgraded relevant laptop / tablet for me. I liked the fact that it can be used as a tablet and a laptop. I wished that it had a bigger screen.

Got this for my son who is a senior taking college course on line. He said he is really happy with it, easy to use and has a lot of great features at a great price

After erroneously buying a HP Chrome laptop .. that did not support Windows 10 but used Google, I returned that and got this laptop. Love it. Highly recommend.

This computer is very easy to use and worth the price. I had an Apple MacBook Pro and just kept having issues with it. Love this HP a lot more!

Great Laptop for the Price!! Its not easy to find a laptop with the side key numbers. This is a solid machine. Like it enough I bought another.

Great computer. Works fast and it is super fast. Only down fall is the fingerprints stay on the cover and screen. But over I recommend this computer.
