The laptop is good, when it works. From unboxing, I couldn’t wait to use the multiple features and be able to use the laptop as a tablet and be able to take notes for school work. But, most times it does not automatically flip the screen. Other times the screen would be stuck one way and the only fix I have for that is to completely restart or even reset the computer. Luckily I always keep a back up.

Customer service was very knowledgeable. Directed me to the perfect fit for my needs. Great laptop, sleek and good looking. Only dislike, shoe battery life.

Needed an additional, inexpensive laptop. My husband has been working from home since March 2020. This works great for our needs.

I've used a lot of computers in the past so far this HP is the best design up come across. Its functionality is simple. And it operates quickly.

IF this review if for the HP Envy, the computer is adequate - a bit of a challenge with the touch screen and different key board. The difficult part remains the proper transfer from the older computer to this one. Some software is not functioning properly, the files are in "odd" places and sometimes I have trouble finding where the computer is placing files, or even setting up the views I need.

I've had this computer for almost a year and it is still performing like it's fresh out of the box. Feels like a premium computer.
