This is the most inexpensive laptop I have ever purchased and I have to say, it has been going strong with daily use since (over a year now). Works great, fast booting, fast operating. I would buy again.

There are some features that I like - touch screen, size and weight and overall performance. But, I'm having some issues with it and, if after getting help from HP I can't fix it, I'll be returning it.

This is a great Laptop! Its very fast and can handle gaming without any lag. My only problem is the 250 nit glossy screen. If you sit near a window or sit outside, this is definitely a no go.

Amazing battery life. Very intuitive touch screen and fast with SSD Hard Drive. Only negative is the wide touch pad which is very sensitive but can be fixed in settings. Perferct laptop to assist with back to college.

I have bought many Dell computer for work and home, but have not been happy with the quality or prices lately. So I tried this HP and am very happy. Pros: Very solid and strong, no flexible cheap plastic feel Boots quickly Sharp display Win 10 updates were quick, apparently HP uses a recent version of Win 10 as opposed to the hours it can take to update a Dell with an outdated operating system Backlit full size keyboard with number pad Solid and quick WiFi 8 Gbs of RAM is plenty for my non-gaming usage Happy with the Black Friday sale price Cons: Kinda heavy (but it's solid and large) Not great for your lap-edges are sharp and cut into your wrist or lap at times. Not a dealbreaker when using at a desk No Ethernet port or VGA port

The speed is excellent and the battery life is superior. The Bang & Olafson sound is a real treat - very good quality! I would have like a larger storage, but it's good for home use.

I got this computer on sale which is probably it’s normal price right now. It’s a solid PC and I’m happy with its build quality but I don’t think the USB-c port has adequate power per spec. If I unplug something from the USB on the left side, the external hdmi monitor will flash as if it lost signal. Also a usb-c hub, which I had plugged in, would trigger the USB connect/disconnect notification intermittently in windows(i had Ethernet, 2 usb3 flash drives and micro sd all at once and the hub was a PD). This all occurred while plugged into the wall. Otherwise great computer for the price.

Excellent laptop for the price and for school use for my son! We tried a “cheap” laptop for basic functionality and just did not cut it. So I decided to spend a little more knowing he would need it far beyond this year. He absolutely loves the processing speed despite not being the i5 core processor but AMD Ryzen 5, which I don’t think he would be able to tell the difference anyway. Besides school use, he has been able to increase his personal capacity to learn on it for outside of class activities. The graphics are amazing, the keyboard along with the side numerical keypad and amazing touch screen make this an instant hit! So happy to have made this purchase!

Purchased the HP Envy x360 laptop a month ago and it has been performing really well. Computer speed with AMD Ryzen5 with 6 cores gives fast response for my everyday needs like email, web browsing, digital streaming. Laptop also can be used as a tablet, great. Enjoying extra perks like backlit keyboard that helps so much when web surfing at night. Fingerprint sensor is another great feature, makes for fast login. Solid state drive gives immediate response and everyday operations do not cause fan to turn on. Makes running the computer blissfully silent. Really nice that Best Buy had this laptop was on sale. Always happy to save money.

This is the laptop to get for its reliability and flexibility. 4.5 hrs of battery life. It can go longer if the brightness is turned down. Hp has done a good job of blending office productivity and gaming.

Absolutely amazing laptop! I don't regret the purchase like with previous laptops. I used to think the touchscreen and the tablets mode where you can fold the laptop all the way around was pretty useless, but once I tried it, I was blown away. For once I can say I love love love my laptop. The color was also unique it's a coffee color but the exterior has a metal finish.

I've had my Hp Envy for almost a month now. I use my phone for most things but when I need or want a bigger screen I turn to my laptop. This computer has everything on my "list", touchscreen being at the top. Memory is perfect for me. The screen quality is great and it has great sound for a laptop. Fingerprint recognition for security is a great addition as well as the ability to turn off the camera. Haven't used the tablet feature yet but that makes it very versatile. Though its only been a month, very happy with my purchase.

I had to get a new laptop for classes, and I was really impressed by the quality for the price for this laptop. The sound was great, and while I never used a 2-in-1 laptop before, it was easy for me to learn and use it for notetaking. However, shortly after I got it, the microphone stopped working and none of my professors or classmate could hear me on video calls. IT could not resolve the issue, and they determined it was a bad fluke. I was able to return it without issue, and if I had the option to swap it out for the same model I absolutely would have, but unfortunately they were all sold out.

Love the laptop. Love the folding feature. Has really nice keyboard. Haven't been able to get the write on the screen to text feature to really work good enough to use yet but I haven't completed the learning sessions for the computer to learn your handwriting style and I also write backwards. My biggest complaint isn't even about the laptop its the marketplace for the apps you get. It is very lacking. Many apps that are on Google play store are not on the windows. Even considered taking the laptop back but couldn't find a laptop that I knew would use the Google play store. The crazy thing is it's not even the lesser known apps it's more well known apps like YouTube tv and other apps that you need.
