Great labs have been having it for about a year and it actually has a lot of storage and definitely has Great graphics

So over all a good laptop but as for the web cam, what a joke! It's advertised as HD- it's not. I'm just surprised that in this day and age HP would choose to go cheap on the cams. Had to go buy an external web cam for conferencing.

It is very easy use. The quality of this Laptop is great. For what I want to do with a Laptop this is a great one for the value.

Overall computer does everything I want. The first one I bought, windows crashed and Best Buy replaced it with the one I use now.

Was unsure about product when ordered online but got it & love it! Easy to use & has all the bells & whistles except the backlit keyboard.

The setup process for the laptop was pretty easy to go through. Easy to setup and use. Would have preferred a non touchscreen model, but this will do.

I have zero complaints about this product. No glitching, freezing or slowness like other HP laptops. So easy to use and most importantly, fun!

I bought this laptop to consolidate everything concerning my business. The design is very nice, the specs are great and I have no complaints.

the computer has worked pretty well, though it's a little slow with update/installs. I can't guarantee that's not due to my home network.

The computer is easy to use. I have not have any issues with it. I would have liked a booklet to inform me of all the computer features.

So far this is a great laptop but I haven't had much time with it. First impressions are that it is of good build quality and runs smooth.

Its only weakness is brightness. I would've went with a Samsung but they werent on sale so I had to buy this low nit laptop.

Gorgeous 2in1. I rarely use tablet mode but it's nice having the option. I got it on sale Black Friday and it was definitely worth the sale price.

Nice laptop! Still learning everything! Some things I don't like no DVD drive too little ports and power key location!

I was able to run minecraft with few mods on this laptop and it ran well! I was also able to have school work open and it runs great.

Seem to be working fine for the most part. Just some things I need to learn how to do, but not able to go back to Geek folks because of virus

Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! Great features, very fast OS and would definitely recommend!
