This laptop is okay but it runs HOT! To the point where you can not hold it on your lap. I've had it since January and the fan is always on and it seems to never cool down. I am taking it to be serviced this week! I spent over $850 I expected better than what I got!

Every thing I needed except for the lack of a DVD drive which had to be purchased separately.

Great for every day use email Microsoft office and surfing the web. A but lag on some games but for normal use it is great

Good computer but fragile and expensive to fix. Bought for my daughter's high school graduation. The second week of college, her bag fell off a bench with the computer inside. The corner was bent up a bit and the screen cracked. The touch screen alone cost $300 and was on back order for months. HP customer service was abysmal.

The laptop is great for my daughter since her school does distance learning now. The fingerprint feature is nice.
