One for a disappearing microphone and another for random loud static/white noise that will only stop by manually shutting down the machine. Not impressed so far.

My speakers would start buzzing and then my computer would lock up. Additionally, the computer seemed to get way hotter than any previous laptop that I have had. Fingerprint scanner was nice, but only worked half of the time.

To the point where you can not hold it on your lap. I've had it since January and the fan is always on and it seems to never cool down. I am taking it to be serviced this week! I spent over $850 I expected better than what I got!

Would not buy again

The second week of college, her bag fell off a bench with the computer inside. The corner was bent up a bit and the screen cracked. The touch screen alone cost $300 and was on back order for months. HP customer service was abysmal.

However, the hinges are secured with cheap plastic which broke after about a year and a half of light use. Upon looking it up discovered this is a very common issue with this laptop. Not worth the money.
