    Three months in and already two calls to HP tech support. One for a disappearing microphone and another for random loud static/white noise that will only stop by manually shutting down the machine. Not impressed so far.

    Several issues with the audio system not working properly. My speakers would start buzzing and then my computer would lock up. Additionally, the computer seemed to get way hotter than any previous laptop that I have had. Fingerprint scanner was nice, but only worked half of the time.
