    This is a very poor laptop. I had to trade it in within the first few days of owning it. It has a weird bug that it will update out of sleep mode but won't go back into sleep mode (closed) and then overheat. Never leave it plugged in while unattended. It will randomly go into airplane mode. But the biggest problem I've had is the keyboard. It will randomly turn off for no reason. The shift button will get stuck down and you won't be able to use the mouse while it happens. There is no solution to this online and it is a common problem. It will also run super slow input on the keyboard and you will miss key presses occasionally.
