    The HP had a hardware problem with the touch screen. After several hours of trying to solve problem by using HP suggestions. Had to call with HP techs who after 35 minutes said it was a hardware problem and return it for exchange. BestBuy was gracious and exchanged the laptop via pickup several days later.

    Was pretty disappointed in this purchase. I was so excited to get a new laptop, but the same week I got it, I had issues with wi fi connectivity. It continually had to be reconnected. Apparently this is a common issue with this model. Very irritating when its mainly used for work.

    The laptop features are very nice but I have only had it for less than a month and am already having issues with it crashing on me when I’m in zoom meetings and such. I also have a Software protection on it, so unsure why I’m having such issues.
